- 空気の流れを伴う機器の風道内に配設する散乱
光式の空気汚れセンサーにおいて、発光素子の発
光領域と受光素子の受光領域を略直角に交差させ
て生ずる検知領域を、前記風道内に設けたことを
特徴とする機器内蔵空気汚れセンサー。
