接着テープを貼着したのち、全体を真空成形用型から脱
型する工程;ならびに、エンブレム相当部分以外の個所
をキスカットしてエンブレムを個々に分離する工程:を
備えていることを特徴とする光輝エンブレムの製造方法

方法は、表面にエンブレム成形用凹部が形成されている
真空成形用型の前記表面に光輝処理箔を載せたのち真空
吸引して、前記光輝処理箔を前記エンブレム成形用凹部
内に密着せしめる工程;光輝処理箔に形成された凹部に
所望の樹脂液を充填したのち前記樹脂液を硬化する工程
:光輝処理箔および硬化樹脂部を含む全面に両面接着テ
ープを貼着したのち、全体を真空成形用型から脱型する
工程;ならびに、エンブレム相当部分以外の個所をキス
カットしてエンブレムを個々に分離する工程;を備えて
いることを特徴とするので、従来の射出成形の場合に比
べて、型の製作費は安くなり、また型の製作に要する準
備期間は短くなる。また、製造は、同一の工程内で進め
ることができるので、上記した型製作費の低減とあわせ
