記外筒又は前記内筒のいずれか一方に設けた突起
とこれに対応して他方に設けた切欠溝とを係合さ
せて円周方向の廻り止めとし、前記外筒の内周面
及び前記内筒の外周面に設けた段差部どうしを係
合させて軸方向の抜け止めとしたことを特徴とす
