ミツタ出力電圧Ｖｉｍおよびコンパレータの出
力電圧であるチヨツピング信号の状態をあらわし
た図、第４図は従来のステツピングモータ駆動装
置のブロツク図、第５図は従来の駆動装置の低速
および中速駆動時におけるキヤリア信号と誤差増
幅器の出力電圧Ｖｅとコンパレータの出力電圧で
あるチヨツピング信号の状態を表した図、第６図
は従来のステツピングモータ駆動装置の高速駆動
時におけるキヤリア信号と誤差増幅器の出力電圧
