- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 樹脂モールドでなるフレームにより一体化され
、ギヤツプを形成して互いに対向配置されたマグ
ネツトおよびホールＩＣと、 機関の回転に対応して回転するシヤフトに固定
され、前記ギヤツプを通過するベーンを備えた磁
性円板と、 前記フレームに埋設され、温度変化により変形
して前記ギヤツプを変化させる形状記憶合金でな
る温度補償部材と、 を備えてなる回転角度検出装置。
