Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate moisture of the tip of a foot by ventilating the inside of a shoe by allowing instep leather of the inner cushion to have elasticity, and also, forming an air chamber on its lower face, and moreover, forming a blowout hole of air in the vicinity of the tip and allowing it to conduct to the air chamber. CONSTITUTION:The inner cushion is formed by superposing bottom leather 2 under instep leather 1 formed by using a sheet material having scarcely or no gas transmissible property at all of synthetic rubber and synthetic resin, etc., and joining its peripheral edge like a bag. Subsequently, by inserting a continuous bubble body 3 having moderate flexibility and elasticity such as polyurethane foam, etc., therein, an air chamber is formed, and also, the instep leather 1 is allowed to have elasticity. Also, blowout holes 5 of air are formed in the vicinity of the tip of the inner cushion and they are allowed to conduct to the air chamber, and also, an air hole 4 is pierced in the part of the heel of one of the instep leather 1 or the bottom leather 2. By putting on shoes in which this inner cushion is laid and allowing air to blow out of the tip of the inner cushion, ventilation in the shoes is executed and moisture in the tip of a foot can be eliminated.

However, these do not have the desired effect1.
The effect is shown after the toes are infected with athlete's foot or have a bad odor, so it is a passive treatment method that removes moisture from the toes and removes the athlete's foot and bad odor. There was no effect on preventing the outbreak, so the dampness of the toes caused discomfort, bad odor, and athlete's foot.

This open-cell foam 3 creates an air chamber between the upper skin 1 and the sole skin 2 so that air is contained in this area, and at the same time gives the upper skin 1 apparent elasticity. When weight is applied to the insole of the shoe, the upper skin 1 sinks due to the compressive force, the open-cell foam 3 contracts, and the air contained therein is pushed out. This gives it the function of an air pump.

Although it depends on the thickness of the open-cell foam 3, it can fully function if it is inserted only into the heel area. Of course, in this case, if the open-cell foam 3 is inserted over the entire insole of the shoe, an air chamber will be formed throughout the entire insole, and if it is inserted only into the heel, that part will become an air chamber, and the other parts will be It becomes an air conduction path 6.

A ventilation hole 4 is bored in the heel of either the upper skin 1 or the sole skin 2, through which air enters the air chamber, and further near the tip of the upper skin 1. Air blow holes 5 are provided.

This blow-off hole 5 is for blowing out the air contained in the open-cell foam 3 when weight is applied to the part of the shoe insole into which the open-cell foam 3 is inserted.

Therefore, this blowout hole 5 can not only be made in the upper 1, but also can be formed in the tip edge of the insole by not joining a part of the tip edges of the upper 1 and the sole 2. .

Moreover, when this is done, the tip of the insole functions as a pocket, and the air conduit 6 from the air outlet 5 to the upper skin 1 and the sole skin 2 is filled with air fresheners and athlete's foot. It becomes possible to load a drug 10 such as a deterrent.

As mentioned above, the insole of this shoe has an air chamber formed between the upper skin 1 and the sole skin 2, and is configured so that when pressure is applied to this part, the air inside will blow out from near the tip. Other than that, there is no difference from regular insoles of this type.

Although not shown, the surface of the upper 1 is appropriately colored and aesthetically treated, and is also treated to prevent slipping. In addition, those used for the purpose of promoting health have irregularities formed on the surface of the upper 1, so as to apply pressure stimulation to the soles of the feet.

Figure 2 shows that when you put your weight on the insole of a shoe, it presses against the bottom of the footwear, which allows the bottom of the footwear to function as the sole of the insole and gives elasticity to the upper itself. This figure shows an example in which an air chamber is formed between the upper and the bottom of the footwear. In the figure, reference numeral 7 is the upper, and 8 is the bottom of the footwear, such as boots or leather shoes.

The upper skin constitutes the main part of the insole of the shoe, and in particular, the heel part has a high instep surface, a skirt 71 is integrally molded around its periphery, and a recess 72 is formed on the lower surface. is formed, and a groove 73 is formed on the lower surface of the other portion.

As will be described later, this groove 73 serves as an air passage, and its proximal end is connected to the recess 72, and its distal end reaches the tip of the upper skin and forms the blowout hole 5.

The upper 7 is made of synthetic beet resin, such as polyethylene, having appropriate elasticity and flexibility, and when it is pressed against the bottom 8 of the footwear, the upper 7 is molded onto the surface of the bottom 8. Therefore, when the footwear is worn, the depression 72 becomes an air chamber, and the groove 73
