プリンタに使用される印字ハンマ駆動装置に関す
るものである。

保持する磁気回路構造とから構成されるものであ
る。なお、前記板バネ5はその下端が固定ネジ8
を介してヨークスペーサ9の下端に装着されてい
る。

を図ることは困難である。すなわち高速化にはハ
ンマバンクの軽量化は必須である。しかしハンマ
バンクすなわち印字ハンマ駆動装置の軽量化のた
め、前記リアヨーク3及びヨークスペーサ9を磁
束を通過させるのに飽和しないように最小の断面
積で構成すると、ハンマバンクの長手方向の曲げ
剛性が低下し、印字時の反力や板バネ5がポール
31に復帰する時の衝突力でハンマバンクすなわ
ちハンマ駆動装置が変形し、初期設定された印字
ピン6とプラテン間の距離が変動する。この結
果、印字ハンマが所望の動作特性を示さずに印字
したドツトが薄くなつたり、最悪の場合には印字
しない等の欠点があつた。

増加質量を最小となるようにし、かつ印字ハンマ
駆動装置の温度上昇を長手方向に均一になるよう
に工夫したものである。以下実施例図面を参照し
て本考案を説明する。

沿つて均一になることにより、従来規定値以上の
温度上昇にならないよう印字上の制限を行つてい
たが、この制限条件が緩和されるので実際の印字
速度の向上が図れる。
