Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 酢酸水溶液を含有する電着塗装液を収容した電
着槽内に、隔膜構造体内に電極を収納した隔膜電
極を配置し、この隔膜電極内に極液を循環流通さ
せるようにした電着塗装装置において、 前記電着槽内に収容された電着塗料液の酸のミ
リグラム当量を測定する測定手段を設けるととも
に、 この測定手段によつて測定された酸のミリグラ
ム当量が設定範囲の下限値より低下したとき前記
隔膜電極内の極液を前記電着槽内へ還流させると
ともに、前記酸のミリグラム当量が設定範囲内の
基準値に達したことを条件として前記極液の還流
を停止させる還流制御手段を設けた、 ことを特徴とする電着塗装装置。
