- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 取付基板と、圧電素子の各端面に変位伝達手段
により、また取付基板にヒンジを介して接続され
、圧電素子の変位を先端において拡大する互いに
対向する二本のレバーアームと、各レバーアーム
の先端に両端が接続されている、変位増幅手段と
しての梁とを含む圧電素子変位機械的増幅機構に
おいて、 前記梁に、その長手方向に長い複数の凹部が形
成されていることを特徴とする圧電素子変位機械
的増幅機構。
