Claims (1)
- 円筒状の耐火物の中に配設されたヒータ素線と
、このヒータ素線に通電する電源とを備え、前記
耐火物内が長手方向に所定の温度勾配にされる化
合物半導体単結晶成長用ヒータにおいて、前記ヒ
ータ素線を、棒状にかつ長手方向にその径が小さ
くなるように形成すると共に、前記耐火物の内壁
の周方向に所定間隔で、かつ長手方向に平行配置
し、前記電源は１個の電源を使用するようにした
ことを特徴とする化合物半導体単結晶成長用ヒー
タ。
