Abstract

PURPOSE:To color a sandal clearly which consists of an upper of artificial leather or synthetic leather and a sole material by adhering composition made of resin of a low softening point and a coloring agent to a brush roll rotating at a slow speed, and placing surface of the sandal against the brush roll to be rubbed. CONSTITUTION:Uppers of sandals which consist of uppers and sole material are made of artificial leather or synthetic leather. Composition in which resin of low softening point and coloring agent are mixed is adhered to a brush roll rotating at a relatively slow speed. The upper surface is colored by bringing it into contact with the brush roll. As for a resin of low softening point, one that is 100 deg.C or less of softening point is desirable, and polyurethane, polybutylacrylate, or casein, etc. would be given as an example. As for a coloring agent to be mixed into the resin, alloy complex dyestuff of organic pigment is desirable. For the brush roll, soft hair is necessary to be used not to damage the leather surface. The rotating speed of the brush roll is desired to be slow; about 100-5,000 r.p.m. would be fine in points of workability, color sense or scratch resistant property. Moreover, coloring composition is adhered to the uppers better by heat treating the colored sandals at 60 deg.C or higher.

(Prior Art) Sandals conventionally worn are made of an allapate sole, and the upper is made of natural leather, artificial leather, synthetic leather, etc., singly or in any combination. Sandals with natural leather uppers are treated as luxury goods because of their vivid colors, and are also expensive. However, natural leather has poor water resistance and water resistance.
The big drawback is that you can't wear them when it rains because they absorb water. On the other hand, artificial leather and synthetic leather have good water resistance and water resistance, and can be worn even on rainy days. It was ranked as cheap.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Sandals that have been worn conventionally are made of the above-mentioned thick sole and sole material, and sandals that use natural leather as the upper have a luxurious feel, but are difficult to wear on rainy days. They have the disadvantage that they cannot be worn because water permeates through them, and they are also expensive. On the other hand, sandals using artificial leather or synthetic leather as the sole can be worn without problems even on rainy days and are inexpensive, but they have poor color appearance and are considered cheap. The present invention aims to provide sandals that are free from the above-mentioned problems, that is, have a luxurious feel, can be worn even on rainy days, and are inexpensive. This was achieved by applying a special color to sandals made of synthetic leather.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention involves making the upper of sandals consisting of an upper and a sole material from artificial leather or synthetic leather, and at a relatively rotational speed a composition in which a coloring agent is kneaded with a low softening point resin. By attaching it to a roll of low hair and then bringing the surface of the upper into contact with the roll of hair, it is possible to create a deep, antique-like color with a natural color.

These compositions may further contain gloss adjusters, lubricants, plasticizers, surfactants, etc., if necessary. It is necessary to use soft hair for the hair roll in order not to damage the leather surface, and the rotation speed of the hair roll is also 10%.
A lower speed of about 0 to 5,000 times/min is better in terms of workability, color feel, scratch resistance, etc.

The sandals colored in the above manner are further heat-treated at a temperature of 60°C or higher, so that the coloring composition adheres well to the upper, and the surface becomes smoother, resulting in a more beautiful appearance, and the color does not easily fade. It has the effect of becoming.

(Function) The present invention involves applying a composition comprising a low softening point resin and a coloring agent to a soft wool roll rotating at a low speed to form the upper surface of a sandal which is fixed to a sole material made of artificial leather or synthetic leather. By contacting and rubbing against the hair roll, it became possible to obtain 1g high sandals with extremely vivid colors never before seen. Any coloring can be achieved by selecting the color of the coloring composition, the amount of adhesion to the hair roll, the degree of contact of the upper with the hair roll, etc. Furthermore, the sandals can be heat-treated after coloring to improve the quality of the coloring composition layer, ie, appearance, adhesion to the upper, color fading, etc.

(Example) (1) Sandals were produced by fixing artificial leather as an upper to a sole material, in which a porous coating layer of polyurethane and a finishing layer made of polyurethane and a light brown colorant were sequentially laminated on a nonwoven fabric base material. - A hair roll fixed around the iron disk that is the blade support with hairs of about 4 cm in length is rotated at a speed of 1.800 times per minute, and the hairs are coated with low softening point polyurethane and dark brown. After applying a composition consisting of an organic pigment and adhering it by rubbing, it was lightly applied to the upper surface of the sandal and colored while rubbing.

(2) Sandals were produced by fixing synthetic leather to a sole material as an upper using a woven fabric with a polymer layer made of polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and a pink coloring agent. On the other hand, while rotating the hair roll, a composition consisting of low softening point polyvinyl chloride, casein, a plasticizer, and a red metal-containing complex dye was applied to the hair and rubbed to make it adhere to the hair. I applied the Santal upper surface and colored it while rubbing it. Next, the sandals were heat-treated at 30° C. for 30 minutes. Like the aforementioned sandals, these sandals had a bright color, looked good, could be worn on rainy days, and were inexpensive.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is a sandal made of an upper and a sole material made of artificial leather or synthetic leather. After applying the composition, vivid coloring can be achieved by applying the upper surface of the sandal to the hair roll and rubbing it. Furthermore, the sandals have good water contact and water resistance, so they can be worn even on rainy days, and are inexpensive. By applying the coloring composition to the upper surface and then heat-treating it, the coloring composition layer adheres to the upper better (at the same time, it increases the smoothness of the surface and prevents discoloration).
