によつて可視像化する現像装置において、 前記トナー担持体として、導電性の基体にレー
ザビームを照射して多数の穴を形成し、かつその
穴に誘電物質を埋め込み、その表面を研磨して、
前記基体の導電部と、前記誘電物質より成る誘電
体とを表面に露出させたトナー担持体を用い、 誘電体を所定の極性に帯電させることにより、
トナー担持体表面の近傍に微小閉電界を形成し、
静電潜像の可視像化に用いられる前記トナーを前
記閉電界によつて、トナー担持体表面に付着させ
る帯電手段を設けたことを特徴とする現像装置。
