成されるが、この場合取扱いに当たつて手などの
人体が接続端子部1に触れると記憶内容の破壊を
招くおそれがある。そこで一般にはメモリ板の接
続端子部1側の面と被覆合成樹脂材2間に接続端
子部1を覆うための可動シヤツタ板3を設ける。
そしてICカードを電子計算装置などに設けたコ
ネクタに差込んだとき、シヤツタ板3の両側に設
けた作動爪4が押されて後退して接続端子部1が
露呈して接続が行われるように構成し、またコネ
クタから引抜かれたときシヤツタ板3と被覆合成
樹脂材2間に設けたばね体5により、シヤツタ板
3が自動的に復帰して接続端子部1を覆うように
構成することが行われている。

ICカードの先端部がコンタクト7間に入る直前
において、接続端子部1を覆つた状態におけるシ
ヤツタ板の作動爪4が突当る、シヤツタ板の再開
用突部10を対向するように設ける。また更に各
案内脚9の長手方向にはシヤツタ板開閉用ばね体
の固定溝11とこれと接続されたばね体可動用長
穴12とをそれぞれ設ける。

このため仮にシヤツタ板3が完全に接続端子部1
を覆つた状態であつても、カードCの差込みと同
期してシヤツタ板3が差込み方向と反対方向に動
かされて接続端子部1を露呈させる。従つて前記
のうように山状突部13bの斜面13b1により誤
つて再閉されたシヤツタ板3が妨げとなつて、コ
ンタクト7間への差込みを困難にすることがな
い。

ツタ板の再閉を防止するようにしたことを特徴と
するICカード用コネクタ。
