Claims (1)
該容器内の原料を振出して排出するとともに単位
時間当りの原料の平均的な排出量を加減できる原
料供給手段と、該原料供給手段からの原料を搬送
する搬送路と、この搬送路の一定区間における搬
送物の重量を計重機で測定して搬送路の搬送速度
を制御する搬送制御手段とを有する原料搬送装置
において、 前記原料供給手段の排出口の下方に配設されて
該原料供給手段から排出される原料を一時蓄積す
るとともに下方の排出口から搬送路に原料を供給
するホツパと、該ホツパ内の原料の蓄積高さが予
め設定された高さ範囲に有るかどうかを検出する
高さ検出手段と、上記高さ検出手段の検出状態に
応じて前記原料供給手段の排出量を加減する供給
量制御手段とを備え、 上記供給量制御手段は、ホツパ内の蓄積高さが
前記高さ範囲を上回つたときは原料供給手段の排
出量を減少させ、該蓄積高さが高さ範囲を下回つ
たときは原料供給手段の排出量を増加させるよう
に制御するものであることを特徴とする原料搬送
装置。 (2) 前記原料供給手段は、円筒状容器の内壁に
沿つてスパイラル状の搬送トラフが周設され、該
円筒容器を振動させて前記原料を搬送トラフ上を
上昇させることにより、この原料を搬送トラフの
上方終端部から排出するようにしたスパイラル振
動コンベアであることを特徴とする請求項1記載
の原料搬送装置。 (3) 前記高さ検出手段は、前記ホツパの内側面
の上下位置にそれぞれ設けられた光電装置の検出
光を、該ホツパ内の原料が遮蔽/透過することを
検知して、蓄積高さの程度を検出するようにした
ものであることを特徴とする請求項1および2記
