Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被調整部材を変位可能に支持する支持部材
と、軸心部を貫通する貫通孔を有し回動すること
により被調整部材に接近、離隔するよう支持部材
にねじ結合したねじ部材と、ねじ部材と軸交差す
るよう一端部で被調整部材に係合するとともに他
端部で前記貫通孔に挿入され、該一端部に近接す
る支点部において支持部材に揺動自在に支持され
た揺動アームと、を備え、前記ねじ部材の回動量
に応じて揺動アームが揺動し、一端部に係合した
被調整部材を微小変位させることを特徴とする位
置微調整機構。 (2) 前記ねじ部材および揺動アームをそれぞれ
複数設け、複数の揺動アームのうち一の揺動アー
ムの揺動により前記被調整部材を一方向につき微
小変位させるようにして、複数の方向について位
置微調整することを特徴とする請求項１記載の位
置微調整機構。
