があった。(Conventional technology) The integrally molded skin sheet used for automobile seats, etc.
In recent years, due to the trend toward higher-class seating, seats have become increasingly complex in shape, such as curved suture lines, but the manufacturing method is to open the back by cutting out the back of the seat or sewing a slide fastener. A common method is to use such a skin and adhesively mold it onto a seat pad material. However, when using this method, members such as backboards and slide fasteners are required to cover the notch, and there are also problems such as the inversion of the skin being unavoidable during the manufacturing process, which complicates the molding process. Ta. Therefore, a method has been proposed in which a bag-shaped skin is placed on the seat pad material and then heat-pressed in a mold to solve the above problem (for example,
1-131785, JP-A-61-273933). However, these methods have a problem in that it is difficult to accurately position and press the curved suture line formed on the skin at a predetermined position on the seat pad material.

。(Issue Ia to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and enables accurate positioning of a seam pad member at a predetermined position even if the suture line is a complicated curve. This method was completed with the aim of producing a sheet with an integrally molded skin that can be press-bonded.

ある。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention integrates a bag-shaped skin made by sewing cut pieces together and a seat pad material having grooves corresponding to the seamed parts by heat-pressing them in a pair of molds. In the method for manufacturing a skin-integrated sheet, the pattern diagram of the concave stripes is projected onto the surface of the epidermis before the heat-compression bonding, and the pattern diagram is temporarily fixed so that the pattern diagram matches the sutured part of the epidermis. The feature is that the upper skin and the seat pad material are bonded under heat and pressure.

(1)とシートパッド材(2)とを完全に一体化する。( ]) is the skin, and (2) is the seat pad material. Epidermis (
1) is made by cutting fabric, synthetic leather, etc. three-dimensionally to correspond to the external shape of the seat pad material (2), and then sewing the cut pieces together to form a bag shape, with complicated curved suture lines on the surface. (3), and a stitch foot (4) corresponding to the stitch line (3) is formed on the back side. On the other hand, the seat pad material (2) is foam-molded with polyurethane foam or the like together with a frame (6) with an adjuster (5), and the surface that will be the adhesive surface of the seat pad material (2) is covered with the skin (1). A deep groove-like concave strip (
8) is formed. Then, during the covering work, the skin (1) is fixed to the fixing jig (7) using the adjuster (5), and the skin (1) is placed over the seat pad material (2). When projecting light onto the surface, the projector (9) is pre-filled with sheet metal (2).
Since it is set to project the pattern diagram of the deep groove-like grooves (8) formed on the surface of the epidermis (1), the pattern diagram of the grooves (8) is clearly projected onto the surface of the epidermis (1). That will happen. Then, in this state, the suture line (3), which is the sutured part of the epidermis (1), is positioned so as to match the pattern diagram and temporarily fixed with a pin member 00). In this case, the position of the groove (8) cannot normally be seen from outside the epidermis (1), but the projector (9) shows the pattern line of the groove-like groove (8) on the epidermis (+1). is projected, the suture line (3) of the epidermis (1) can be accurately positioned, and the suture leg (4) can be temporarily secured with it reliably immersed in the deep groove-like groove (8). After that, it is removed from the fixing jig (7), and as shown in Fig. 3, the upper mold (11) and the lower mold θ are heated and pressed together in the mold, and the skin (1) and Completely integrate the seat pad material (2).

This can be reliably achieved by a well-known method such as pasting a heat-sensitive film on one of the adhesive surfaces or applying a spray adhesive. When the heat and pressure bonding process is completed in this way, the upper mold (IQ and lower mold surfaces are opened and the sheet is taken out, and the pin member 00 used in the previous process) is removed and the skin integrally molded sheet is formed. Complete. Note that this removal of the pin member Ql is extremely easy to remove because even if adhesive is present between the skin (1) and the seat pad material (2), the adhesive on the pin member θ is weak at points. It can be removed.

Since the materials are temporarily fixed to match and then heated and crimped in this state, the skin and seat pad material can be reliably aligned and crimped without misalignment, even with complicated curved suture lines. Moreover, it does not require special members such as a back board for crimping, and furthermore, the molding process is small (it is simple and can be molded very efficiently).
