Further, the core material 4 has a melting point of about 200 ° C. to 220 ° C. so that the back side overhanging portion 5a overhanging from the back surface of the skin material 2 is provided with an adhesive ability by heating. The melting point is about 1 only on the surface of the backside protrusion 5a made of the same material as
A thermoplastic adhesive layer 5c is formed only on the surface layer by applying a thermoplastic adhesive of 00 to 120 ° C. or by sticking a hot melt film having a melting point of about 100 to 120 ° C., which is inexpensive. However, at the expense of a slight increase in cost, the front side overhang 5 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a melting point of about 200 ° C. to 220 ° C. and the melting point of about 100 to 120 ° C.
Back side overhang 5a made of thermoplastic adhesive synthetic resin at ℃
To form a thermoplastic adhesive layer 5c that exhibits adhesiveness by being melted by heating the entire back side overhanging portion 5a, or the back side overhanging portion 5a of the front side overhanging portion 5 can be formed. Not only can the core member 4 be made substantially T-shaped by laterally projecting from one end, but if the entire backside overhanging portion 5a is made of thermoplastic adhesive synthetic resin, the backside overhanging portion is heated by heating. Since 5a is completely melted, the adhesive strength is further improved, and since the backside overhanging portion 5a is not left on the pad material 7, there is also a preferable aspect in that the feeling of foreign matter is eliminated. Reference numeral 9 denotes an upper die that is opposed to the lower die 1 so as to be able to come into contact with and separate from the lower die 1, and the upper die 9 can hold a pad material 7 made of polyurethane foam or the like having a design groove 8 on its lower surface.

With this construction, the skin material 2 in which the core material 4 is sewn to the sewn portion 3 is put upside down on the lower mold 1 and bulged from the sewn portion 3 to the front side. If the front side overhanging portion 5 of the existing core material 4 is engaged with the core material engaging groove 6 provided in the raised portion 1a of the lower mold 1, the skin material 2 is easily positioned in the lower mold 1. Then, the hem end of the skin material 2 is clamped by the clamp mechanism 10. Then, when the skin material 2 is positioned and set in the lower mold 1, the air in the lower mold 1 is exhausted 11
The air is exhausted further and suction pressure is applied to the skin material 2 through the pores 13 provided on the mold surface to preform the skin material 2 along the mold surface. When the preform of the skin material 2 is completed in this way, the upper mold 9 on which the pad material 7 is preset is lowered to attach the suture portion 3 of the skin material 2 set inside out to the lower mold 1. The pad material 7 is pressed toward the back surface of the skin material 2 while conforming to the design groove 8 of the pad material 7, and steam or hot air is supplied from the heating fluid supply hole 12 of the lower mold 1 so that steam or hot air is supplied from the pores 13. Is a speech bubble,
The adhesive material in which the skin material 2 and the pad material 7 are interposed between each other and the adhesive material layer 5c on the surface of the back side protruding portion 5a of the core material 4 are melted by heating so that the adhesive ability is exhibited. The pad material 7 is bonded to the skin material 2.

When the pad material 7 is adhered and integrated with the skin material 2 in this way, the skin material 2 and the pad material 7 are cooled by the air supplied through the pores 13 of the lower mold 1 so that the adhesive strength is early. The upper die 9 is raised and the clamp mechanism 10 that clamps the skin material 2 is opened to release the molded product from the lower die 1. After removing the mold, the front side overhanging portion 5 of the core material 4 overhanging the surface of the skin material of the molded product may be removed from the stitched portion 3 to obtain a product. Since the back side overhanging portion 5a exerts an adhesive ability by heating, the design groove 8
Even in this area, the adhesion between the skin material 2 and the pad material 7 is accurate and a good-looking finish is obtained.

Further, as in the above-described embodiment, the skin set mold is made vacuum-suctionable having a large number of pores 13 on the mold surface, and the skin material 2 has a suction pressure acting on the skin material through the pores 13. If the preform is preformed, there will be no wrinkles left on the skin material 2, so that a higher quality product can be provided with a good yield. If the adhesive ability is exhibited by the heating fluid supplied through the pores 13 as a thermoplastic material that is melted by heating as described above, the adhesive surfaces can be more easily adhered. In this case, if the adhesive layer of the core material is pasted or applied only on the surface of the back side overhang made of the same material as the front side overhang, the cost is excellent, and the entire back side overhang is better than the front side overhang. Heat with low melting point A series of synthetic adhesive synthetic resins that are molded in series are excellent in terms of adhesive strength and do not remain on the pad material, so they are preferable in that the feeling of foreign matter can be eliminated. It is more preferable that the skin material 2 and the pad material 7 are cooled by the air supplied through the pores 13 of the lower mold 1 after being bonded and integrated so that the adhesive force is stabilized early.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention positions the skin material in the skin set type by the core material having the adhesive layer formed on the back side protruding portion attached to the stitched portion of the skin material. After setting, press the pad material toward the skin material with the adhesive material interposed between the skin material and the pad material, and bond the skin material and the pad material with the adhesive material, and at the same time intervene in the design groove. The sewn portion is also accurately bonded and integrated to the groove bottom of the design groove by the adhesive layer formed on at least the surface of the back side overhanging portion, so that the skin material and the pad material are completely integrated including the inside of the design groove. As a result of being adhered, a beautiful finish can be obtained without the meandering or rising of the seamed portion of the skin material, and it can be durable for a long time. Therefore, according to the present invention, a pad material having a design groove formed on the surface thereof is covered with a skin material having a stitching portion formed at a portion corresponding to the design groove, and the two are bonded and integrated with each other. It is an extremely big thing to bring to the industry as solving the problem of the sheet manufacturing method.
