の回転ユニツトにおいて、前記切削刃は前記長手
方向軸線と略平行な軸線の回りで枢動可能になさ
れ回転ユニツトの切削方向と同一の回転方向に向
けて弾性的に偏椅されていることを特徴とする回
転ユニツト。 ２ 請求項１において、前記切削刃の先端に向か
つて伸び前記挿通孔内に突出する切断刃が設けら
れ、この切断刃が前記長手方向軸線と略平行な軸
線の回りで枢動可能になされ回転ユニツトの切削
