方向に回転駆動される一対の回転ドラムと、 上記各回転ドラムの外周一部に互いに方向を逆
に形成したL字型の切欠き部に配設された一対の
切断刃とで構成され、 上記回転ドラムは外周面周方向に、上記ワーク
の半径以上の半径を有する半円形断面のガイド溝
が形成されており、 上記一方の切断刃は、外周面を上記回転ドラム
の周面に連なる平面に形成すると共に外周面に上
記ガイド溝に連なる半円形溝を形成し、上記外周
面の先端側における上記半円形溝の開口端周縁を
切刃としてあり、 上記他方の切断刃は、外周面を上記回転ドラム
の周面から膨出する曲面に形成すると共に外周面
