Claims (1)

記可動鉄心が磁気抵抗低減用部材に軸方向に沿つ
て摺動自在に遊挿されてソレノイド部が形成され
ている電磁弁であつて、フランジ部を有しない磁
性材料からなる筒状本体の少なくとも内周面に非
磁性および耐磨耗性材料からなる薄膜が被覆され
て前記磁気抵抗低減用部材が形成されていること
を特徴とする電磁弁。 ２ 前記薄膜が前記筒状本体の内周面および外周
面全面に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項
１記載の電磁弁。 ３ 前記筒状本体にはその周方向を分断させてい
る分断部が形成され、この分断部を介した弾性変
形によつて該筒状本体が設けられていることを特
