３１は炉壁、１５はバーナー、１６，２９は焼成
台車、１７は台部、１７ａは凸条部、１８は車輪
、１９は被焼成品、２１は突出部、２１ａは溝部
、２２は摺接部材、２３，２８はフアイバー保持
ボツクス、２３ａは開口部、２４，２７は断熱部
材、２５，３０はシールプレートを示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部に被焼成品を支持した焼成台車を下部に設
    けられた車輪により移動させつつ前記被焼成品を
    加熱するようにした焼成炉における、前記焼成台
    車の両側部と前記焼成炉の内壁との間を熱シール
    するための構造であつて、前記焼成台車及び前記
    焼成炉の内壁のうちの一方に設けられ該焼成台車
    の進行方向に延びる長尺な箱状をなし内部に耐火
    繊維からなる断熱部材を収納するフアイバー保持
    ボツクスと、前記焼成台車及び前記焼成炉の内壁
    のうちの他方に設けられ先端縁部が前記フアイバ
    ー保持ボツクス内に差込まれた状態で前記断熱部
    材内を相対的に摺動するシールプレートとを具備
    することを特徴とする焼成台車の熱シール構造。
