Claims (1)
- 加熱終了後も加熱室内に送風することにより、
加熱室内に残された被加熱物から発生する水蒸気
を加熱室外へ放出する機能を有する高周波加熱装
置において、排気ダクト内に設けられた絶対温度
センサーによつて加熱終了後の被加熱物から発せ
られる水蒸気量を測定し、その変化に応じて加熱
終了後の送風を行う機能を有することを特徴とす
る高周波加熱装置。
