Claims (1)
- 支持部に設けた複数の測定用接点部にＩＣのリ
ードを載置し、蓋部に形成した押圧部により前記
リードを前記測定用接点部に圧着して電気的な接
続を得るようにしたＩＣソケツトにおいて、前記
複数の測定用接点部は弾性を有する良導体からな
る結合部を通じて外部に導出した導出部に結合さ
れると共に、前記結合部に絶縁用コーテイングを
施したことを特徴とするＩＣソケツト。
