能なように軸方向に摺動可能な受歯車と、 上記受歯車に対して一体的に連結された、次段
減速元歯車と、 上記特定減速段の受歯車および次段減速元歯車
とよりなる一体的連結部材に対して相対的に回動
し得るように取り付けられた、円錐状部を有する
ロータと、 上記ロータの相対的回動角を制限する手段と、 上記相対的回動を復元方向に付勢するバネ手段
