Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify execution and shorten a term of works by fitting one of contacting faces to the other and filling the joint with mortar while the former is a protrusion having an outer diameter of an inner diameter of a through hole plus outer thickness and the latter is a cut recess having an outer periphery larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion. CONSTITUTION:In a joint where concrete products of sewer pipe drains are to be joined with each other with a socket and an insert, one of contacting faces is made to be a protrusion 1 having an outer diameter of an inner diameter of a shape of a through hole 4 plus outer thickness. The other face is made to be a recess 3 having a depth equal to a protrusion length of the protrusion 1 while the recess 3 has an outer periphery larger than the protrusion 1 when it is jointed with the protrusion 1. With the protrusion 1 fitted into the cut recess 3, the joint is filled with mortar to join them or inner flanges 6, 6 are housed in the cut recess 3 to be coupled with a bolt and then joined with each other with mortar filled.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for filling and joining concrete products for sewer pipes with mortar by filling the notches with mortar and bonding the products together.

The conventional method of connecting sewage pipes was to attach a gasket to one side of the pipe opening and insert it into the empty part.In other words, to connect the pipes by inserting a pipe into a pipe that was larger than the pipe, or to connect the pipes with bolts. In this method, the parts were joined using a fastening tool or a fastening tool.

Therefore, the method described above involves applying an adhesive to the side of the insertion port that will be used to prevent water stoppage, joining the gasket, and then connecting the joint surface of the concrete product to each other with bolts. This is the method that was used, and the method of using a padskin causes twisting and peeling of the adhesive part because the padskin rubs against the surface when inserted, and if you start flowing water into the concrete product after laying it, it will cause water leakage and prevent water from stopping. There is a drawback that the adhesion state of the packing that provides the effect cannot be visually checked during installation. There are disadvantages in that the material costs for the seal and adhesive are high, and the time required to attach the seal is added to the work process, so a short-time process operation affects the long-term process time.

The bolting method has the disadvantage that the width of the excavation increases to secure the joint, which leads to an increase in souvenirs. This method has a major disadvantage in that it is not possible to secure a tightening work area where personnel can perform the tightening work. The same effect cannot be obtained in each tightening state. The bolts on the road side can be sufficiently tightened because the work area is not available on the private land side, but it is often difficult to tighten the bolts on the private land side. This varies depending on the worker, and there is a disadvantage that a gap may be created at the joint due to loosening of the thread, and since the work cannot be visually confirmed when tightening a nut, if the screw thread is installed at an angle, a gap may be created at the joint after tightening the nut, resulting in water leakage. There are drawbacks that can be a contributing factor. Above all, conventional joining methods were mostly insertion methods, which had the drawback of not being able to visually check whether there were any gaps in the insertion port and whether the connections were uniform, and this was not possible in small-diameter sewage pipes. There are many disadvantages in that when the running water becomes full, the running water seeps into the ground from the leakage part, creating voids in the ground, which can later lead to the collapse of the ground.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to enable visual confirmation of joints consisting of cut recesses on the joint surfaces of the products when laying concrete products for sewer pipes, and to connect the joints by connecting the cut recesses with cement mortar. Mortar-filled joint where the main body is an integral ellipse, and the inner flange is built into the notched recess that becomes the joint surface and bolted and tightened, and then mortar is filled and the joint is tightened. The mortar and inner flange are tightly joined with Pole 1-. To provide a method that can be easily joined even if it is laid along a civilian surface, and to provide a joining method that can be changed from an insertion method to an overlapping method. It is.

Therefore, when laying the main body, it used to be difficult to figure out how to fasten it when laying it along the side of a private property, but after placing them together and visually checking the joint surface, fill the cut recess with mortar. Since the joint is completed by two methods: finishing and filling the inner flange with bolts and then filling with mortar, the joint can be visually checked and water leakage can be prevented. In addition, since there is no need to take extra excavation grooves for the joints as in the past, the amount of excavation can be reduced, which narrows the construction area, reduces traffic obstructions, shortens the construction period, and reduces material costs. Even in this case, the effect of reducing packaging costs can be obtained.

Fig. 4 shows a structure in which a hole 5 is provided around the outer periphery of the through hole 4 at the bottom of the concrete product as seen from the side of the notch recess 2, and this is the part where a pa-son can be attached if necessary. 5 is a diagram in which the shape of the convex portion 1 is round and the joining surface is horizontal. FIG. 6 is a diagram in which the convex portion 1 is square. The portion 1 is oval shaped and has a structure in which the outer thickness is added to the inner diameter of the through hole 4. Fig. 8 also shows a structure in which the protrusion 1 has a hexagonal shape. Fig. 9 shows the protrusion 1. has an egg-shaped structure. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing the notch recess 2, which has the same aesthetic depth as the convex part, and the joint surface becomes the through hole 4 inside the notch 2. By installing the inner flange 6 in the joint, it is possible to obtain a double bonding technique of bolt tightening + mortar bonding, in which the concrete products are tightened with bolts when they are joined, and then the cut recesses 2 are filled with mortar and joined. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a convex part 1 with an external thickness added to a through hole 4 laid over the notch recess shown in Fig. 10. Fig. 12 shows a planar view of the joint part. 13 is a diagram showing a state seen from above, and shows a state in which one convex part 1 is laid and joined from above so as to be superimposed on the notched recessed part 2 formed by the bottom part 3 of the upper opening.
This is a front center longitudinal cross-sectional view of the above figure]-2 viewed from the side, with a protrusion 1 having the same shape as the through hole 4 at the bottom of a two-layer concrete product having a depth equal to the depth of one of the protrusions. 2 is a diagram showing a joined state of a protrusion 1 and a cut recess 2, which are provided from the bottom 3 of the upper opening so that the cut recess 2 has a larger outer periphery than the protrusion 1. FIG. FIG. 14 shows a single-layer concrete structure having a through hole 4, and a top portion 7 of which has a notched recessed portion 2 having a depth equivalent to the protruding length of the convex portion. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a convex portion 1 having the same shape as the through hole 4. As shown in FIG. Fig. 16 is a plan view of the joined concrete structure consisting of -layers, and shows the notched recessed portion 2.
This is a state in which the convex portion 1 is bonded to the bonding surface.

Since the present invention has the flI structure as described above, one convex part is aligned with the notch formed by the bottom of the upper opening in the case of a concrete product with a two-layer structure, and from the main part in the case of a concrete product with a two-layer structure. Sewage drain construction work can be done while visually confirming the joint surfaces for joining.Since the joints are filled with mortar, the cost of materials such as seals and adhesives can be reduced.Since the joints are filled and joined, the concrete product becomes a complete integrated structure. . The reduction in the amount of excavated soil reduces waste disposal costs, waste soil transportation costs, backfilling materials, and shortens the construction period. Mortar-filled joints provide a complete water-stop structure, and there are no gaps between products, making it possible to close the boundaries of private land. This joining method has many advantages, such as being able to easily lay concrete products along the ground.
