[Function] Therefore, in the present invention, the slurry fuel that is fed from the fuel supply hole of the burner plug to the first mixing chamber via the fuel distribution chamber of the burner plate is transferred from the atomizing medium supply hole of the burner plug to the burner plate. It is mixed with the spray medium fed to the first mixing chamber and fed to the second mixing chamber of the burner chip, where it is further mixed and atomized through the nozzle holes and burned. Since wear-resistant materials are used for the inner walls of the distribution chamber and the first mixing chamber, as well as the inner walls of the second mixing chamber and nozzle hole of the burner tip, the burner can be used even when spraying highly abrasive fluids such as high-concentration coal-water slurry. Inner wall wear is less likely to occur.

The burner plug 1, burner plate 4, and burner tip 7 are made of low alloy steel such as SKD61. Since the fuel distribution chamber 5 of the burner plate 4, the first mixing chamber 6, and the nozzle hole 9 of the burner chip 7 are subject to particularly severe wear, a wear-resistant member made of ceramic such as SiC is used to improve the wear resistance of the inner wall. In order to improve the heat impact resistance of the parts, the wall thickness is 2 to 3 mm.
The fuel distribution chamber block 11a, the first mixing chamber nozzle 11b, and the injection hole nozzle 11c are formed to have a diameter of about 10 to 20 mm and a length of about 10 to 50 mm. In particular, the ceramic wear-resistant member forming the first mixing chamber nozzle 11b of the burner plate 4 and the injection hole nozzle 11c of the burner chip 7 is applied to the base material such as SKD61 from the upstream side in the flow direction of the mixture of slurry and spray medium. It has a tapered surface on the outer periphery in order to fit in and wedge it. Ceramic fuel distribution chamber block 11a, first mixing chamber nozzle 11b,
The injection hole nozzles 11c are removably attached to recesses formed to engage with the base materials of the burner plate 4 and the burner chip 7, respectively, using a ceramic adhesive. Burna Chip 7
In order to protect the second mixing chamber 8 from wear, a hard metal wear-resistant ring 12a is attached to the cylindrical portion of the inner wall of the second mixing chamber 8, and a truncated conical portion of the inner wall of the second mixing chamber 8 is attached to the cylindrical portion of the inner wall of the second mixing chamber 8. Ceramic injection hole nozzle 11c
A wear-resistant plate 12b made of a hard alloy and having a plurality of holes having the same shape as the large diameter portion of the outer periphery of the ceramic nozzle nozzle 11c is fitted so that the nozzle 11c can be fitted therein. Since both the hard metal wear ring 12a and the hard metal wear plate 12b are made of metal materials, thermal shock resistance can be maintained even if the wall thickness is increased. When the burner plug 1, burner plate 4, and burner tip 7 are fixed with the tip nut 10, a wear-resistant ring 12a made of hard metal is attached.
is fixed in the burner chip 7 by having one end pressed by the burner plate 4 and the other end being pressed by a hard metal wear-resistant plate 12b fixed to the burner chip 7 using a set screw 13.

When slurry is spray-combusted by a slurry fuel burner having such a configuration, the inner walls of the fuel distribution chamber block 11a and the first mixing chamber nozzle 11b of the burner plate 4, which are the most worn, and the inner wall of the nozzle nozzle 11c of the burner tip 7 are made of ceramic. Since it is made of wear-resistant material, wear is less likely to occur. In addition, when wear progresses due to long-term use, the ceramic wear-resistant member should be replaced.

Next, the inner wall of the second mixing chamber 8, which is subject to severe wear, is protected from wear by being fitted with a hard alloy wear-resistant ring 12a and a hard alloy wear-resistant plate 12b, so that the inner wall of the mixing chamber 8 is also not easily worn. . Further, the wear-resistant ring 12a made of hard alloy and the wear-resistant plate 12a made of hard alloy are replaced when wear progresses. Furthermore, by adjusting the wall thickness, etc., the replacement period can be matched to that of the ceramic wear-resistant member.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of another embodiment of the present invention, in which the holes drilled in the wear-resistant plate 12b made of hard alloy have the same diameter as the nozzle holes 9, and the nozzles 1 are made of ceramic.
A wear-resistant plate made of a hard alloy is fitted so as to press 1c from inside the second mixing chamber 8.
With such a configuration, the life of the nozzle holes etc. can be extended as described above.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the slurry fuel burner of the invention, the wear of the parts that come into contact with the slurry can be reduced, and the wear-resistant member made of ceramic and the wear-resistant ring made of hard alloy can be reduced. By replacing the wear-resistant plate made of hard alloy, various types of excellent hardening can be achieved, such as realizing the demand for an economical slurry fuel burner that can be used for a long period of time.
