本考案は例えば自動車のブレーキ管或いは各種
の機械、装置等に給油、給気等の供給路として数
多く配設使用されており、且つ管径約30m/m以
下の比較的細径の薄肉金属鋼管における耐食性樹

は工程間の搬送時等に、しばしば融着被覆層は勿
論のこと、クロメート被膜及び亜鉛の鍍金層にま
で及ぶ破損、打痕或いはスリ傷等を生ぜしめるこ
ととなり、一方該被覆層上に点在するピンホール
とに乗じて末だ耐食性が充分でなく、一層の改善

本考案によれば鋼管材1の少くとも外周面側

上、若しくは鋼肌面上に、表面にクロメート被膜
4を施した亜鉛の鍍金層3を有し、更に該クロメ
ート被膜上に、少くとも二層からなり互いに融着
した弗素樹脂の被覆層5,6を被着重合して構成
せしめてなる、細径薄肉金属鋼管における耐食性

ニール、四弗化エチレン或いは塩化三弗化エチレ
ン、又はこれらの共重合体の少くとも二層からな
り且つ互いに融着した弗素樹脂の被覆層5,6を

3にまで及ぶ破損、打痕或いはスリ傷等を防止
し、軽減し得ることができ、上層の被覆層6と下
層の被覆層5とが互いに融着しているため、例え
下層の被覆層5にピンホールが存在していても上
層の被覆層6の融着の際にピンホールを埋設する
こととなり、これらの相乗効果によつて耐食性を
