部に剥離による間隙を生ザしぬ、雨水洗車水等の侵入を

とができ、更に被覆外面が平滑である被覆金属配管材を

有し、更に該弗素樹脂層の表面にエポキシ樹脂、アクリ
ル樹脂或いはナイロン12を主体とする共重合ポリアミ
ド系樹脂によるプライマー被膜を敷設して塩化ビニル樹
脂のゾルライニングによるゲル化した被膜を上層として
被着重合して構成した被覆金属配管材を要旨とするもの

に重合して構成されるため、断層状からなる被着重合さ
れた構造により全体を概して薄状の被覆構造とすること
ができ、従ってその後の複雑な曲げ加工時にあっても作
業性を良好となし、また飛び石等の外部衝撃に対する保
護性と耐食性とを同時に満足することができ、更に眉間
相互の充分な密着性によって曲げ部分及び端管部での剥

二重巻の金属配管材である。そしてその外側周面にクロ
メート被膜(2゛)を形成した亜夕()鍍金層(2)を
下層として有し、且つ該クロメート被膜上にプライマー
被M(3)を介在するか(第2図)、或いは介在するこ
となしに中間層として1〜10μmの厚さの弗素樹脂層
(4)を有してなるものである。そして該弗素樹脂層の
表面にエポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂或いはナイロン12
を主体とする共重合ポリアミド系樹脂によるプライマー
被pA(4“)を敷設した状態で、塩化ビニル樹脂のゾ
ルライニングによるゲル化した被膜(5)を上層として
被着し、全体を低温加熱に伴い断層状に重合して構成す
るものである。該被膜(5)は配管材(1)を回転させ
ながら且つ予熱しながら、1ooo〜5000coの粘
度のゾル槽に浸漬するか、或いはエアーレススプレーで
塗布し、170〜300℃の雰囲気で数十秒乃至数分間

(4“)を敷設した弗素樹脂層(4)からなる中間層を
有して上層としての前記塩化ビニル樹脂のゾルライニン
グによるゲル化した被膜(5)を密着性の良好なプライ
マー被膜(4°)を介して被着重合して構成するため、
断層状からなる被着重合された構造により、全体を概し
て薄状の被覆構造となすことができ、従ってその後の製
品としての複雑な曲げ加工時にあっても作業性を良好と
なし、また自動車等の走行中での飛び石対策として外部
衝撃に対しての保護性と耐食性とを同時に満足すること
ができ、更に眉間相互の充分な密着性によって曲げ部分
及び端管部での剥離の憂いがなく、従って雨水、洗車水
等の侵入を防止し、且つ概して安価に被覆形成すること
ができると共に被覆外面が平滑である等、極めて有用な
