Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a wrinkle with a tape automatically wound on a winding object by providing constitution in such a way as rotating the winding object by a drive-rotating means to adhesion-wind the tape with tension applied to the tape by draw out resistance received from a tape supply source. CONSTITUTION:A receiving bed 21, which receives the point end part of a tape 18 drawn out from a reel 19 by placing an adhesive surface 18a in the outside, is provided with a cutter 25 provided in a one end part side of the receiving bed 21, and a clamp device 7 of an iron core 12, on which the tape 18 is wound, is provided, while a vertically moving air cylinder 4, which moves this clamp device 7 to press the iron core 12 to the receiving bed 21 with the point end of the tape 18 pasted to the iron core 12, is provided. While drawing out the tape 18 by a rotary actuator 6, the tape 18 is adhesion-wound on the iron core 12, and by moving the receiving bed 21 with the cutter 23 by a right- left moving air cylinder 14, a winding end part to the iron core 12 of the tape 18 is opposedly positioned to the cutter 23 which cuts a part in the vicinity of the winding end part to the iron core 12 of the tape 18 by a vertically moving air cylinder 5.

On the other hand, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 13 is a U-shaped horizontal support mounted on a base (not shown) to the left of the vertical support 1, and as shown in FIG. A moving air cylinder 14 is supported by a guide bar 15 so as to be movable in the left-right direction. The rod 14a of the left-right moving air cylinder 14 is fixed to the right side of the lateral support 13, and the main body 14b of the left-right moving air cylinder 14 moves in the left-right direction by the forward and backward movement of the rod 14a. ing. Reference numeral 16 denotes a support plate attached to the front side of the main body 14b of the left-right moving air cylinder 14, and a reel support part 17 is protruded from the upper left side of this support plate, and a tape 18 is wound around the reel support part 17. A reel 19 serving as a supply source is rotatably supported. Reference numeral 2o denotes a substantially inverted mounting piece attached to the front side of the strip portion 16a that protrudes to the right at the lower right portion of the support plate 16, and a pedestal 21 is mounted on the horizontal piece portion 2Oa. This pedestal 21 is supported by a compression coil spring 22.
The vertical piece 20b of the mounting piece 2o is pushed up to a position where it meets the upper end surface of the vertical piece 20b. A cutter 23 is fixed to the upper part of the vertical piece 20b of the mounting piece 2o, and has a sawtooth cutting blade, and is located on the right end side, which is one end side of the receiving table 21. Then, the tape 18 is pulled out from the reel 19 and passed through two rollers 2 supported by the support plate 16.
4 and 25, and their tip portions are received on the pedestal 21 with the adhesive surface 18a facing upward. Reference numeral 26 denotes a pressure contact plate made of a leaf spring attached to the right side of the vertical piece 20b of the mounting piece 20, which protrudes downward from the vertical piece 20b, and its lower part is inclined so as to protrude to the right in the middle. Now, as shown in Fig. 1, the air cylinder 4 for moving up and down the rain
and 5, the rods 4a and 5a are in an advanced state,
It is assumed that the gripping device 7 is at the highest position, the rod 14a of the air cylinder 14 for left and right movement is in a retracted state, and the pedestal 21 is positioned below the gripping device 7. In this state, when one end of the iron core 12 with the insulating paper 11 attached thereto is sent between the protruding piece 8a of the substrate 8 of the gripping device 7 and the pressing plate 10 by a transfer device (not shown), the suppression air cylinder The rod 9a of No. 9 moves forward, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, one end of the iron core 12 is held together with the insulating paper 11 between the pressing plate 10 and the protruding piece 8a. When the iron core 12 is gripped by the gripping device 7 in this manner, the transfer device (not shown) returns to its original position, and the rod 4a of the lower vertical movement air cylinder 4 as the first moving means moves backward. , the elevating member 2 and thus the gripping device 7 are lowered via the upper air cylinder 5 for vertical movement.

Then, the iron core 12 comes into contact with the pedestal 21 via the tape 18, and the pedestal 21 is pushed down against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 22, as shown in FIG. It is attached to the lower surface of the iron core 12. Thereafter, the rod 4a of the lower vertically moving air cylinder 4 is moved forward, thereby causing the gripping device 7 to rise and separate the iron core 12 upward from the pedestal 21 as shown in FIG.

Thereafter, the rotating shaft 6a of the rotary actuator 6 as a rotational drive means rotates once in the counterclockwise direction, causing the gripping device 7 and thus the iron core 12 to rotate once in the direction indicated by arrow A in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the iron core 12 pulls out the tape 18 from the reel 19.
Wrap it around yourself and paste it. At this time, the tape 18 is pulled out so that the adhesive surface 18a is peeled off from the part wound around the reel 19, which acts as a rotational resistance of the reel 19 and puts tension on the tape 18. , the tape 18 is wound around the iron core 12 without slack. By one rotation of the core 12, the winding end portion of the tape 18 is pasted over the tip of the tape 18 that was pasted to the lower surface of the core 12 when the core 12 was pressed against the pedestal 21. It will be in a state where it is worn.

Now, when the tape 18 is wound and attached to the iron core 12 as described above, the rod 14a of the left-right moving air cylinder 14 as the second moving means moves forward, and the supporting plate 1
6 to the left, and the mounting piece 20 is moved to a position slightly leftward from the iron core 12, as shown in FIG. As a result, the pedestal 21 and the cutter 23 move to the left, and the cutter 23 is positioned opposite to a portion near the end of winding the tape 18 around the iron core 12 . Thereafter, the rod 5a of the upper vertical movement air cylinder 5 as the third moving means moves backward, thereby lowering the elevating member 2 and thus the gripping device 7. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, first, a portion of the tape 18 near the end of winding around the iron core 12 is pressed against the cutter 23 and cut, and the tip portion (cut end portion) of the tape 18 on the reel 19 side is cut. is received on the pedestal 21.

After this, the rod 5a of the upper vertically moving air cylinder 5 continues to move backward, so that the iron core 12 further descends and comes into sliding contact with the inclined surface portion 26a of the pressure contact plate 26. As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the inclined surface portion 26a of the press-contact plate 26 is elastically deformed, and due to its elastic force, a portion near the end of winding of the tape 18 protruding from the iron core 12 is
