Conventionally, vast synthetic resin sheets have been used for ground stabilization, drainage, and protection at civil engineering construction sites, for embedding garbage at landfills, and for tents used to form domes. For example, for ground stabilization at a residential construction site, a large synthetic resin sheet with an area of 3,000 m2 to 10,000 m2 is generally required, and in this case, 500 m2 to 10,000 m2 is required.
The method used is to fuse multiple sheets of synthetic resin, approximately 1,000 square meters in size, together with hot air at the construction site.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the applicant has already provided a male claw part and a female claw part on both sides of a synthetic resin sheet, and provided a feather part on one side.
A waterproof sheet has been provided in which the male claw portion and the female claw portion are interlocked and the interlocking portion is covered with wing portions (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-69119).

FIG. 1 shows an example of a sheet used in the present invention, and this sheet 1 is made of thermoplastic resin. On both sides of the sheet 1 in the longitudinal direction, a male claw part 2 having a protruding line 2a and a female claw part 3 having a grooved line 3a are provided over the entire length, and the side on the female claw part 3 side A wing portion 4 of a constant width extends from the portion. As shown in the figure, the wings 4 and male claws 2 are bent inward and held with adhesive tape 5 to prevent mud from getting on the protrusions 2a and grooves 3a. When in use, the adhesive tape 5 is peeled off, the concave strips 3a of one sheet 1 engage and connect the convex strips 2a of the other sheet 1, and the edges of the wings 4 are attached to the other sheet 1.
It is joined to the top by hot air welding to cover the above-mentioned connecting part (see Fig. 3).

4 to 9 show an automatic solvent machine according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a truck, and drive wheels 11 consisting of two motor pulleys at the front and rear are provided at the lower part of the truck, and the truck 10 travels in the direction of arrow A by these wheels. At the center of the upper surface of the trolley 10 is an occlusal means 12.
is installed. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, this occlusal means includes vertically parallel plates 13 and 14, from which six pairs of guide rollers 15 and two pairs of tapered rollers 16 protrude in opposite directions. has been done. Two pairs of rollers 17 are attached to the front end (left end in FIG. 6) of the engaging means 12 for guiding the male claw 2 and female claw 3. The guide roller 15 has a gap between the left and right guide rollers that gradually narrows as it reaches the rear side (right side in Figure 6), and as shown in Figure 8, the guide roller 15 is rotated while pressing the back surfaces of the male claw part 2 and female claw part 3. It sequentially draws them in opposite directions. When the male claw part 2 and the female claw part 3 reach the tapered roller 16, the concave strip 3a of the female claw part 3 is expanded by the tapered surface, and the male claw part 2 has a protrusion therein. is pushed in. Note that at this time, the wing portion 4 of the sheet 1 slides on the upper surface side of the plate 13 above the occlusion means 12.

21 is a drive roll driven by a motor 22; 23 is two press rolls that are pressed against the drive roll 21; these press rolls are attached to the tip of a press arm 24;
The press roll 23 is pressed against the drive roll 21 with an appropriate pressing force by the urging force of a spring plate 25 having one end fixed to the spring plate 4. The drive roll 21 and the press roll 23 are melted by the hot air blower 18, press the wing portion 4 and the sheet 1 from above and below, weld them together, and pull the sheet in the opposite direction to the direction of arrow A. In addition, since the resistance increases by the amount of melting of the sheet and wing part 4 by the hot air blower 18, the diameter of the drive roll on the heat welding part side of the left and right drive rolls 21 is slightly increased.
The transport speed is increasing. As a result, the sheet is conveyed smoothly without any deviation.

Here, a method for joining synthetic resin sheets on-site using the automatic welding machine will be described. First, 2
The male claw part 2 and the female claw part 3 of the sheet 1 are made to face each other, and the male claw part 2 and the female claw part 3 are inserted into the interlocking means 12, and the tip part is inserted into the drive roll 2.
1 and the press roll 23.
On the other hand, the wing section 4 is placed on the upper surface side of the interlocking means 12 through between the sheet guiders 26, and the tip of the wing section 4 is pressed together with the sheet 1 by a drive roll 21 and a press roll 23. Then, the nozzle 19 of the hot air blower 18 is inserted between the sheet 1 and the wing portion 4 to complete the setting.

Next, the hot air blower 18 is energized to blow out hot air from the nozzle 19, and the built-in motor (not shown) of the wheel 11 and the motor 2 of the drive roll 21 are
2, and the sheets 1 are successively welded while the trolley 10 is traveling. At this time, the occlusal means 12
As a result, the male claw part 2 and the female claw part 3 are attracted to each other and automatically engage with each other, so that the sheets 1 are always guided to a fixed position, and as a result, the sheet 1
and wing part 4 are welded without wrinkles, and a uniform water-stopping effect can be obtained.

In addition, even if the site is a rough ground that is not maintained smoothly or a slope that is not flat, not only the drive roll 21 but also the wheels 11 of the trolley 10 are driven.
There is no risk that the automatic welding machine will stop midway.

In addition, in the present invention, the shapes of the ridges and grooves of the sheet are not limited to those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, but may be ridges and grooves with a circular cross section as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 11, it may be provided with two or more protruding stripes and two or more concave stripes. Furthermore, the occlusal means can be changed as appropriate depending on the shapes of these convex and concave lines.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, an engaging means, a hot air blower, a drive roll, and a press roll are provided on a self-propelled cart, and the male claw portion and the female claw portion of the sheet are connected by the engaging means. The sheets are guided to a certain position while interlocking, and the guided sheets are melted with a hot air blower and then crimped with a drive roll and a press roll, so the sheets are joined evenly and reliably. Moreover, since the sheet is pulled by the drive roll and the press roll, and the truck is self-propelled by the drive wheels, there is no risk that the automatic welding machine will stop midway even on rough terrain.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A synthetic resin having a male claw part having protrusions on both sides in the longitudinal direction and a female claw part having grooves along the entire length thereof, and having wings of a constant width on one side. A waterproofing method in which the two sheets are connected by interlocking the male claw part and the female claw part, the connecting part is covered with the wing part, and the edge of the wing part is welded to the other sheet. In the seat, a drive wheel is provided at the bottom of the trolley, and on the trolley,
an occlusal means for drawing the male claw part and the female claw part together to engage them; a hot air blower provided at the rear of the interlocking means and having a nozzle inserted between the sheet and the wing; An automatic waterproof sheet welding machine is provided with a drive roll and a press roll for crimping the sheet and the molten wings. 2 The above-mentioned occlusion means includes plate bodies arranged vertically and parallel to each other, a plurality of pairs of guide rollers protruding from these plate bodies in opposite directions, and provided so that the distance between the left and right becomes narrower toward the rear, and a guide. It is equipped with two pairs of tapered rollers provided at the rear of the roller, and the male claw part and the female claw part are pulled together while supporting their back surfaces with a guide roller, and the concave stripes of the female claw part are widened by the tapered roller to form the male claw part. An automatic welding machine for a waterproof sheet according to claim 1, wherein the ridges are inserted.
