れる摺動接点において、多点接触安定化を目的とし、極
細線を多数束ねてばね材に溶接してなる多線束摺動ブラ
シいわゆるマルチワイヤブラシを製造するには、従来第
2図に示す如く上下電極I、2に多線束3及び含料4を

(発明の構成)
上記目的を達成する為の本発明の技術的手段は、多線束
と合材をはさみ、加圧すると同時に通電し溶接する上下
電極において、多線束と接触する側の電極面に線形状と
同一の断面円弧状の凹状溝を設け、多線束と面接触とす

長い、溶接強度の安定した多線束摺動ブラシが得られる
