イバジヤケツト、３は光フアイバ保護パイプ、４
はＰｂＳｎ系半田、５は高分子系接着剤、６は金
属スリーブ、７はパツケージ、８はカバー、９は
サーモモジユール、１０はヒートシンク、１１は
ＬＤ、１２はＰＤ、１３はステム、１４はマウン
ト、１５はサーミスタ、１６は保持材、１７はロ
ツドレンズ、１８はレンズホルダ、１９はスリー
ブホルダ、２０は気密用半田である。なお、各図
