定し、前記角度変更用アクチユエータアセンブリ
側にミラーの傾きによる磁界の変化を検出する磁
気検出素子を設けたことを特徴とするミラー角度
検出装置。 2 ピボツトプレートはミラーアセンブリの角度
回動時の支点を有し、かつピボツトプレートの支
点を中心とする該プレート面上の垂直方向と水平
方向に永久磁石を設ける一方、各永久磁石に近接
する位置のミラー角度変更用アクチユエータアセ
ンブリに磁気検出用素子を設けたことを特徴とす
る請求項1記載のミラーの角度検出装置。 3 アクチユエータアセンブリのフロントハーフ
側に保護用フレームを配設して磁気検出素子の出
