Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a burner plate and improve combustion by integrally forming guide cylinders with the burner plate in such a way that guide cylinders are projected from the surface of the burner plate toward a combustion chamber around a number of flame holes for blowing out the secondary air therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A fuel gas is supplied from a nozzle 6 to a mixer 5. At the same time, part of the air supplied to the lower portion of an outer casing 1 from a blower 7 flows into a mixer 4 as the primary air and is mixed with the fuel gas. A resultant mixture is blown out from a nozzle head 8 into a combustion chamber 10 between burner plates 9 via a blowout hole 5a and a primary combustion is conducted. The remainder of the air supplied from the blower 7 to the lower portion of the casing 1 flows into a secondary air chamber 11 via a straightening panel 3 as the secondary air. This flows from the secondary air chamber 11 into the combustion chamber 10 via the flame holes 12 of the burner plate 9 and the secondary combustion of the fuel gas is conducted in the combustion chamber 10. Since the secondary combustion air has the improved directionality of a blowout by passing the guide cylinder 13 of the flame holes 12, the secondary combustion air is sufficiently mixed with the unburnt fuel gas, resulting in the satisfactory combustion. The guide cylinder 13 can be easily manufactured by a press working or the like.

(Prior art) Conventionally, burner plates forming a combustion chamber are provided facing each other in the wake of a burner head that blows out a mixed gas of fuel gas and primary air, and flame holes are installed in the burner plates to blow out secondary air. In combustion devices such as semi-Bunsen burners, the flame hole for blowing out secondary air may be a simple circular hole in the burner plate or a flame hole in the burner plate as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-247514. Some types have many vertically long slits.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, if the flame holes are simply formed in a circular shape, the flame holes are close to each other, resulting in a narrow combustion area. There is an interlayer where the size increases. Furthermore, in order to maintain good combustion, a large amount of primary air is required, making it impossible to increase the turndown ratio.

[Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems)] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides secondary In a combustion device in which burner plates each having a large number of flame holes for blowing out air are provided facing each other to form a combustion chamber, a burner plate protrudes from the burner plate surface toward the combustion chamber around the flame holes of the burner plate. The guide cylinder portion is formed integrally with the burner plate.

(Function) According to the above configuration, the flame hole of the burner plate is integrally formed with the guide tube that protrudes from the burner plate surface toward the combustion chamber side around the flame hole, so that secondary air can enter the combustion chamber. This improves the directionality when the fuel flows into the fuel tank, resulting in better combustion. Further, this guide cylinder portion can be easily manufactured by press working or the like.

First, fuel gas is supplied into the mixer 5 from the nozzle 6, and at the same time, a part of the air supplied to the lower part of the outer box 1 from the blower 7 flows into the mixer 4 as primary air, and the fuel gas is mixed in the mixer 5. The gas and primary air are mixed and ejected from the nozzle head 8 into the combustion chamber 10 between the burner plates 9, 9 through the ejection port 5a, where they are subsequently combusted. On the other hand, the rest of the air supplied to the lower part of the outer box 1 from the air blower R7 flows into the secondary air chamber 11 through the rectifying plate 3 as secondary air, and from there flows into the secondary air chamber 11 through the burner plate 9.
.. The fuel gas flows into the combustion chamber 10 through each flame hole 12 of 9, and the fuel gas is secondary combusted there. This secondary combustion air passes through the guide cylindrical part 13 of the flame hole 12, and the directionality of the injection is enhanced, so that it mixes well with the unburned fuel gas, and is relatively more efficient than the conventional circular hole. Since the secondary flame F2 is formed at a position away from the flame holes 12, even if the distance between the flame holes 12 is small, the burner plates 9, 9 are not heated excessively, and their durability can be improved. can.

3 and 4 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which flame holes 1 are formed in a burner plate 99 forming a combustion chamber 10.
4, the upper flame hole 14a is simply a circular hole, and only the lower flame hole 14b is formed with a guide tube 15. In this example, the complete combustion area during large combustion can be enlarged. When combustion is low, the contact between unburned gas and secondary air in the area where combustion has been completed (upper stage side) can be accelerated.
