摩擦付与部材と、上記摩擦付与部材を上記従動ギ
アとの摺接位置と退却位置とに選択的に切り換え
移動させる切り換え手段と、上記変速機に伝達さ
れるエンジンの回転数情報の出力するエンジン回
転センサと、上記変速機がニユートラル段にある
と出力を発するニユートラル段スイツチと、上記
エンジンがアイドル回転以下で、かつ変速機がニ
ユートラル段にあると上記摩擦付与部材を上記従
動ギアに摺接させるよう上記切り換え手段に出力
を発する制御手段とを有した変速機の騒音低減装
