However, in the case of the conventional electric food roasting apparatus of this type, there is a method using a mesh body in which heating wires covered with an electrically insulating layer are embedded, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-181336, or As described in Publication No. 35-5668, there is a method of stacking a steel plate with steel wire stretched over a hot plate having an anode and a cathode, and then providing a backing plate with a heat insulating material in between to create a grilled plate. However, the former method does not have very high durability and is prone to wire breakage. For example, in restaurants where Yakiniku and Teppanyaki restaurants are frequently used, there is a problem in that they frequently wear out and have to be replaced. In addition, the latter method utilizes heat conduction from the hot plate of the steel mounting plate and the backing plate, so there is a problem that power consumption increases.

FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the grilling plate 20 used in this invention, but the grilling plate 20 may be made of any heat-generating steel plate, such as stainless steel, nickel chrome steel plate, iron chrome steel plate. etc.,
Those formed into a continuous wave shape with a width of 4 to 6 mm by a known method such as punching, bending, or welding are preferably used. In this case, the thickness of the steel plate body, that is, the grilled plate, is about 1 to 5 mm. In this example, a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 3 mm was used. In the case of punching, known laser cutting is preferably used.

Additionally, it is preferable to coat the surface of the combustion section with a fluororesin or an inorganic material, if desired, from the viewpoint of eliminating "scorching" on the grill plate and increasing the thermal efficiency of the apparatus.

FIG. 4 is an electrical circuit diagram of the electric food baking apparatus of this invention. The reference numerals in the figure indicate the same members as those described above. The heating temperature can be changed to three levels, high, medium, and low, by means of a changeover switch 16. Next, the relationship between power consumption and heating temperature in this example will be shown.

Switch Voltage Current Heating temperature Strong 100V 7.7A 320℃ Medium 100V 6.9A 300℃ Low 100V 6.2A 270℃ Conventional 200V 10A 250℃ (Function/Effect) As mentioned above, according to the electric food roasting device of this invention, Since low voltage is directly applied to a corrugated steel plate and food is placed directly on the grilling plate which generates heat, the thermal efficiency of the device can be significantly improved. That is, for example, in the above example, the power consumption of the conventional baking equipment is approximately 2000 W/H at a heating temperature of 250°C, whereas the power consumption of this device is approximately 620 W/H at a heating temperature of 270 to 320°C.
At 770W/H, you can save about half to one-third, making grilling more efficient. Furthermore, since grilling plates are made by processing a steel plate into a continuous wave shape, they can be used regardless of the front or back side of the plate, and are extremely durable compared to conventional grills or iron plates. Summer.

Moreover, according to the electric food roasting device of this invention,
Depending on the width and shape of the wavy main body, it is possible to freely add burnt marks to the food, making it possible to cook grilled foods with a delicate degree of grilling. For example, if we take Yakiniku as an example, there are too many parts that are directly exposed to the fire on the grill.
The problem with iron plates was that the entire grilling surface would be cooked to the same degree, but with this electric food grilling device, you can set the temperature and doneness to suit the food, so you don't have to go overboard with conventional methods. can be cooked without releasing any temperature energy.

Thus, according to this invention, it was possible to provide an extremely advantageous device compared to conventional electric food baking devices.
