方、予定した濃度のコーヒー液が得られない、と
言つた問題があつた。

を起立せしめ、これによつて障害壁と胴部内壁面
との間に環状の溝を形成して胴部内側面に沿つて
流下する湯をこの溝に一旦貯え、この湯を上記障
害壁を越えて流すことによつて自動的に収納部の
中央部に誘導し、これによつてコーヒー粉末との
接触を良好にして充分なコーヒー成分の抽出を可
能にする一方、予じめ設定した濃度のコーヒー液
の抽出を可能にして均一性を高めるようにしたこ
とにある。

して実質的にコーヒー粉末に接触しないまゝ流出
するのを阻止し、この流下する湯をコーヒー粉末
6が満たされた収納部の中央部に誘導してこれと
の接触を確実なものとしたため成分の抽出に極め
て効果的に作用し、且つ均一な湿潤を果して一定
した濃度のコーヒー液が得られることになる。

え障害壁を越えてコーヒー収納部の中央に誘導
するようにしてなることを特徴としたコーヒー
濾過器。 (2) 障害壁は胴部上縁に達しない高さであること
を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に
記載のコーヒー濾過器。 (3) 障害壁は胴部下部に設ける段部上面から起立
