Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the cylindrical molded object curved in an arc shape to be easily taken off with a simple mold structure by a method in which energizing force is applied to a molded object with a sweeping off means, and the molded object is slidden along the curved plane of a core, thereby removing the molded object from the core. CONSTITUTION:After a mold has been opened, when the ejector pin 20 of a molding machine is projected, an ejector plate 17 is pushed up, and simultaneously, an ejector pin 15 is also pushed up. Consequently, at the state where a core 14 is fixed to the mold 12 of movable side, a stripper plate 16 is turned in mold-opening direction around the fulcrum 18 as a center by the elevating of the ejector pin 15. With said turning, the peripheral edge of a stripper hole 16a applies energizing force to a molded object 13 forcedly, and the molded object 13 is slidden along the curved plane of the core 14 and is removed from the core 14. Consequently, the cylindrical molded object 13 curved in an arc shape is taken off with a simple mold structure.

(Prior Art) As a conventional technique for taking out a molded product from a mold, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 are used.
A molded product 3 is formed in the cavity between the molded product 3, and a cylinder 4 is disposed below the center of the molded product 3, and compressed air is introduced into the space from the cylinder 4 through the communication hole 5 during mold release. A method of taking out the molded product 3 from the mold by pressure feeding was used.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for taking out a molded product formed in a mold having an arcuate core. , comprising a stripper that rotates a stripper provided near the mold mating surface in the mold opening direction, and when the mold is opened, the stripper is moved while the core is fixed to the movable mold. The present invention is characterized in that a biasing force is applied to the molded product to cause the molded product to slide along the curved surface of the core and be removed from the core.

(Function) With the above configuration, in the method of the present invention, the arcuately curved core is not separated from the movable mold when the mold is opened or after the mold is opened, and is fixed as it is by the action of the sweeping means. By removing the molded product from the core, a cylindrical molded product curved into an arc can be taken out using a simple mold structure.

In other words, the dispelling means has a structure in which a stripper provided near the mold mating surface is rotated in the mold opening direction, and forcibly applies an urging force to the molded product formed around the core. This has the advantage that the molded product can be easily removed from the core by sliding the molded product along the curved surface of the core.

A characteristic feature of the present invention is that it has a stripping means for rotating a stripper provided near the mold mating surface in the mold opening direction, and the core is fixed to the movable mold when the mold is opened. In this state, a biasing force is applied to the molded product by the brushing means, and the molded product is slid along the curved surface of the core and removed from the core.

Further, the movable mold 12 near the mold mating surface is provided with a stripper plate 16 that is rotatable about a fulcrum 18 at one end.
The other end side is connected to the ejector bin 15. Furthermore, a stripper hole 16a is bored in the middle of the stripper plate 16, and the stripper hole 16a is fitted into the conical portion 14c of the core 14. In this embodiment, the stripper plate 16, the fulcrum 18, and the ejector pin 15 constitute a sweeping means.

As shown in Fig. 4, after opening the mold, the ejection bin 20 of the molding machine
When ejected, the ejector plate 17 is pushed up, and at the same time, the ejector bin 15 is also pushed up. Therefore, while the core 14 remains fixed to the movable mold 12, the stripper plate 16 rotates about the fulcrum 18 in the mold opening direction (arrow direction) due to the rise of the ejector pin 15. Accordingly, the periphery of the stripper hole 16a exerts a forced biasing force on the molded product 13,
Therefore, the molded product 13 is slid along the curved surface of the core 14 and removed from the core 14.

According to this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the operating pin 19 is pushed upward in the drawing by the elastic force of the spring 21 at the same time as the mold is opened, and along with this, the stripper plate 1
6 rotates about the fulcrum 18 in the mold opening direction (in the direction of the arrow). Therefore, as in the above embodiment, the molded product 13
is removed from the core 14 by sliding along the curved surface of the core 14.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention provides a molded product removal method for taking out a molded product formed in a mold having an arc-shaped core to the outside. A stripping means is provided for rotating the provided stripper in the mold opening direction, and when the mold is opened, the stripping means applies an urging force to the molded product while the core is fixed to the movable mold. By sliding the molded product along the curved surface of the core and removing it from the core, a cylindrical molded product curved in an arc can be easily taken out with a simple mold structure.
