Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent defective heat transfer by applying rocking motion of a tilted angle to a retainer with cam driven protrusions of each oblong retainer for containing canned foods in the interior thereof and cam members provided in a steam chamber or water-cooled chamber. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of each retainer 6 are stretched on a pair of circulating chain systems 3 and rocking motion of a tilted angle is applied to the retainer with plural cam driven protrusions 17 provided in the ends of the retainer and cam members 13 installed in a steam chamber and/or water-cooled chamber. Canned foods contained in the interior of the retainer receive partial rocking action to sufficiently carry out required heat exchange action.

However, heating with hot water instead of steam heating is extremely popular, but when the equipment is used for a long time, hot water leaks here and there, which sometimes causes accidents that cause serious burns to workers. It is something that Moreover,
According to experience, compared to the thermal calories required to maintain boiling water,
Steam heating requires about 1/3 of the heating time.The group of canned goods is stored in a long container such as a thick container or a retainer, and each canned food is sterilized by heating by passing it through a steam chamber filled with hot steam. However, since the can is filled with contents, the heat is not evenly transmitted from the outside of the can to the core of the can, and the heat sterilization or cooling effect on the core is insufficient. As a result, the number of defective products was often around 1 to 3%.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the object of the invention as described above in the prior art, the present invention provides a pair of chain circulation systems that circulate through a steam chamber and/or a water cooling chamber, and a pair of chain circulation systems that circulate through a steam chamber and/or a water cooling chamber. a large number of horizontally elongated retainers, each end of which spans the chain circulation system, each housing a large number of canned goods arranged in tandem, and several cam follower protrusions provided at the ends of these retainers;
The above-mentioned retainer is provided with a generally arcuate cam member disposed inside the above-mentioned steam chamber and/or water-cooling chamber, and which cooperates with the above-mentioned cam follower protrusion, and houses a group of canned goods in a subordinate row. As the cans are conveyed as they move through the chain circulation system, they are sequentially and alternately subjected to oblique rocking movements in one direction and the other, and each time the cans are subjected to a partial rocking motion, thereby Relative movement between the canned food inside the can, which still tries to stay in place due to the action of gravity, and the can that seals it is promoted, and the heat transfer medium on the outer periphery of the can via the can and the substance inside the can are promoted. Description of an Embodiment of a Circulating Chain System for a Pair of Canned Groups, Characterized by Promoting a Good Heat Exchange Between Explain in detail.

Figures 2 to 4 show the most important part of the apparatus of the present invention, which is a cage for the canned goods to be processed, which is extremely elongated as shown in the side view of Figure 2. As an example, the length is 2.5 m. In the illustrated example, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3, it is composed of six long rod members 7, both ends of which are fixed by end plates 8.

Incidentally, in order to guide the circulation chain system 3, the guide gear 11 disposed on the lower side and the gear disposed at the appropriate position on the upper side may be used to rotate the chain system 3 as required.
If they are a special clutch of the inventor's separate invention for even chain feeding, the optimum operating objective is achieved. This is because the load to be processed is heavy, the chain system is long in the illustrated example, and a special wind is required to feed it evenly.

When the retainer 6 moves up or down while being transported by the circulation chain system 3, one of the cam follower pins 17 provided at both ends of the retainer 6 comes into contact with the cam member 13, causing the retainer 6 to suddenly move. For example, the group of cans is tilted by an angle of about 300 degrees, and the group of cans suddenly moves laterally inside the retainer 6, so the can and the contents inside the can move relative to each other, and the cans are tilted by an angle of about 300 degrees, so that the cans and the contents inside the can move relative to each other, and the cans are tilted by an angle of, for example, about 300 degrees. Heat exchange takes place. Since the tilting action is performed in opposite directions when the retainer 6 moves up and down, the required heat exchange action is sufficiently performed, and virtually no defective products due to heat failure are produced. It did not occur.

On the other hand, even if cans are conveyed in a chain as in the past, if a group of cans simply rotates, the contents of the cans will simply rotate together with the cans, and the heat transfer effect will not reach the core. However, the company has stopped its implementation and is looking for other suitable methods. Those who are surprised by its excellent effect may be placed with a slightly smaller and appropriately shaped one near the upper and lower inverted parts of the present system, either together with the above or alone.
Those skilled in the art will understand that this is just a modification that can be easily inferred from the explanation up to now. Fig. 1 is a schematic side view showing the entire device of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a schematic side view showing the entire device of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is also called a cage, and there are many variations. FIG. 3 is an enlarged end view of the retainer, FIG. 4 is an enlarged side view of the vicinity of the end of the retainer, and FIG. 5 is the back side of the device shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 2 is a schematic partially enlarged side view of the circulation chain system, retainer, and cam member.
