    装着する掻込軸４との間隔を調節するに、一方側
    の軸２又は４を中央部に回転自在に保持し下端を
    側板５に回動自在に枢支６する左右のアーム７，
    ７上部にカム溝８を設けると共に、レバー９の操
    作により枢軸１０を中心として回動するカム体１
    １を、該カム体１１の回動円弧軌跡線Ｒに対し枢
    支軸６からの接線Ｓの交点Ｔを越えて回動させ、
    該カム体１１の回動に伴つてカム溝８を介して該
    アーム７，７を回動及び固定可能に構成してなる
