倒であるばかりでなく多量の水を必要とし、また
汚水を生じて河川等を汚染するという問題があつ

ことを特徴とする大豆用除塵・研摩装置を要旨と
するものである。

大のテーパ状に形成され、大豆をスムーズに排出
しうるようになされている。3は上記ロール1の
外側に所定の研摩間隙4を存置して配設された円
筒状多孔除塵筒、5は研摩ロール1の一端に連設
された大豆送込スクリユー、6はそれに上方から
臨んで設けられた被研摩大豆の投入口、7はその
開度調節板、8は投入用ホツパー、9は除塵筒3
の他端面下部を開口して形成された排出口、10
はその流出量制御板、11は除塵吸引漏斗、12
は送風機であり、機枠2の一端下面側から上記間
隙4に風を送り込み、研摩中の大豆を冷却するよ
うになつている。この送り込まれた風は、上記間
隙4を通過して、被研摩大豆の表面から取除かれ
た土埃等の汚れを伴つて除塵筒3を通過し、吸引
機13を経て外部に導かれる。

てなるものであるから、大豆の除塵、研摩を完全
な形で連続的に能率良く行なうことができる。特
