Low voltage circuit breakers are generally used indoors. The circuit breaker may be used outdoors, but in that case the circuit breaker must be housed in a case to protect it from rainwater and shock, and the circuit breaker operating lever must be operated by opening the case cover or door. Ta. By the way, there are cases where a circuit breaker housed in a case as described above is used by being attached to a column or a frame at a high place. In such a case, it is not practical to open the cover or door and operate the circuit breaker operating lever. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an operating handle on the outside of the case so that remote control can be performed from the outside, and to attach a drawstring or the like to this operating handle to operate the circuit breaker operating lever housed inside. Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-170857 discloses a mechanism for operating a circuit breaker operating lever housed within a case by rotating an operating handle extending through the case from side to side. In this mechanism, a circuit breaker operating lever is fitted into a hole provided in a slider plate, and the circuit breaker operating lever is operated by linearly moving the slider plate. Since the slider plate makes a linear motion, but the circuit breaker operating lever makes an arcuate motion, the operating lever will not move unless the hole provided in the slider plate is made larger than the operating lever to provide a play area. However, if the play between the hole and the circuit breaker operating lever is large, the operating handle will move freely within the play area, and the position of the operating handle will be used as a guide to determine whether the circuit breaker is on, off, or tripped. When doing so, there are issues that become unclear. Furthermore, when pulling the drawstring, the user often puts his/her body weight on the puller, and in this case, excessive force is applied to the circuit breaker operating lever. However, in the case of the operating mechanism disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, no countermeasures are taken against such a case, and there is a risk of damaging the circuit breaker due to excessive force being applied to the circuit breaker operating lever.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on embodiments shown in the drawings. Figure 1 is a partially cutaway side view showing the internal structure in the closed state, Figure 2 is a front view of the case, and Figure 3 is a partially cutaway side view showing the internal structure in the closed state.
The figure is a partially cutaway front view showing the handle operation mechanism of the outdoor low-voltage circuit breaker according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a side view of the same. In addition, Figures 5 to 8 are explanatory diagrams showing the operational states of the internal mechanism in each state of on, off, trip, and reset, respectively, and Figure 9 is an explanatory diagram showing the operation of the circuit breaker operating lever of the low voltage circuit breaker main body. It is a diagram. In the figure, 1 is an outdoor case, side plates 2,
It consists of an upper lid 3 and a lower lid 4. A mounting bracket 5 extending upward is fixed to the side plate 2, and a hanging bolt 6 is attached to the tip thereof. The case 1 can be attached to a mounting frame 7 such as a armrest via mounting fittings 5 and hanging bolts 6. A low voltage circuit breaker main body 8 is installed inside the case 1, and a power supply side conductor 11 is connected to its power supply side terminal 8a, and a load side conductor 12 is connected to its load side terminal 8b. Power supply side conductor 11
and the load side conductor 12 is connected to the power supply side of the case side plate 2,
Bushing 9 installed through the load side,
10 and is drawn out to the outside. In this case, the power supply side conductor 11 and the load side conductor 12 pass through the downwardly inclined portion of the side plate 2. Therefore, the power supply side conductor 11 and the load side conductor 12 are also drawn diagonally, and the power supply side terminal 8a and the load side terminal 8
b is formed with a slanted portion to facilitate connection of the conductor terminal. A bearing 13 is mounted on one of the side plates of the case 1, that is, the front side plate 2a (FIG. 3).
is provided, and the handle shaft 14 passes through the bearing 13. Attach the external operation handle 15 and the pointer 16 to the outside of the case 1 on the handle shaft 14, and
A drive lever 17 is fixed inside. An operating protrusion 18 is provided at the tip of the drive lever 17.
The operating protrusion 18 has a round bar shaft shape, and a roller 19 is arranged around it.
A distal end groove 18a is provided at the distal end of which a spring (to be described later) is hooked. On the other hand, the low voltage circuit breaker main body 8 installed in the case 1 is connected to the circuit breaker operating lever 8d from its lower surface 8c.
protrudes, and a support frame 20 is attached to the lower surface 8c by a method such as screw tightening. Support frame 2
0 may be directly fixed to the case 1 instead of being attached to the low voltage circuit breaker main body 8. Support frame 2
0 is formed in a U-shape, and has supporting frame arms 20a and 20b hanging from the left and right in FIG. 3, and is rotatably supported with a drive shaft 21 installed at the tip thereof. The operation handle 15 side of the support frame 20,
That is, in FIG. 3, the auxiliary frame 22 is attached to the tip of the left support frame arm 20a, so that the left end of the drive shaft 21 extends to the left beyond the support frame arm 20a. A driven lever 23A and swing levers 23B and 23C are mounted on the drive shaft 21 in an upright manner. The driven lever 23A is located on the left side extension of the drive shaft 21, and has a U-shaped engagement groove 230 on its tip side.
is formed. The drive lever 1 is located in the engagement groove 230.
The rollers 19 of the operating projections 18 of No. 7 are tightly engaged with almost no play within the range that does not impede the movement of the movable parts. The swing arms 23B and 23C are located on both sides of the circuit breaker operating lever 8d. Engaging protrusions 25, 25 are provided on both sides of the circuit breaker operating lever 8d. Engagement protrusions 25, 25
A roller 26, 26 is fitted in each.
U-shaped engagement grooves 231 and 23 having the same shape as the engagement groove 230 are provided on the tip sides of the swing arms 23B and 23C.
2 is formed. The engagement grooves 231 and 232 have
Engagement protrusions 25, 25 of swing arms 23B, 23C
The rollers 26, 26 mounted on the rollers 26, 26 are tightly engaged with almost no play as long as the movement of the movable parts is not hindered. As a result, the position of the external operation handle 15 is reliably stopped at the on/off/trip position of the low voltage circuit breaker main body 8 without swinging.
The position of the pointer 16 interlocked with this can also be clearly determined from the outside. Note that roller 19 and roller 26
is for smooth transmission of operating force between the operating protrusion 18, the engaging protrusions 25, 25, the driven lever 23A, and the swing levers 23B, 23C.
8. Reduce the frictional force between the engagement protrusion 25 and the driven lever 23A, swing levers 23B, 23C by applying oil or using resin with low frictional resistance, etc. If other measures are taken, the rollers 19, 26 are not necessarily necessary. As shown in FIG. 3, the distance d 1 from the center of the handle shaft 14 to the center of the operating protrusion 18, and from the breaker operating lever rotation center 8e of the breaker internal mechanism to the engaging protrusion 25 of the breaker operating lever 8d. If the distance between is d 2 , then generally d 1 <d 2 . Since the driving stroke of the circuit breaker operating lever 8d is small, the operating stroke of the operating handle 15 is increased to make it easier to operate, and the movement of the pointer 16 is increased to clearly indicate external indications such as ON, OFF, and TRIP. This is to make it happen. Reference numerals 27 and 27 are stop rings. 28
is a base for attaching the low voltage circuit breaker main body 8 to the case 1, and a handle spring 29 is stretched between the base 28 and the tip groove 18a of the operating projection 18. When the spring 29 is in the applied state, the line of force of the spring 29 is made to pass slightly on the cutting side of the rotation center of the handle shaft 14. This state is shown in FIG.
This maintains the operating handle 15 and the low pressure circuit breaker main body 8 in the closed state. In FIG. 4, reference numerals 30 and 31 are stoppers that abut the drive lever 17 on the entry side and the cut side, respectively, to prevent over-operation of the external operating handle 15, and are adjustable with screws. Further, in FIG. 2, a portion indicated by the reference numeral 32 is a circuit breaker operating lever operating portion around the drive shaft 21, and its details are omitted. If the external operation handle 15 is operated toward the cut side from the state shown in FIG. 5, the urging force of the spring 29 is added to the operating force. A biasing force in the cutting direction always acts on the external operation handle 15, the circuit breaker operation lever 8d responds to the internal state of the circuit breaker, and the holding force of the circuit breaker operation lever 8d in each state position is strong. For this reason, the external operating handle 15 and the pointer 16 that co-operate therewith reliably respond to the state of the circuit breaker operating lever 8d, that is, the internal state of the circuit breaker, and therefore the pointer 16 can reliably display the internal state. FIG. 6 shows the off state. FIG. 7 shows the state when the low voltage circuit breaker main body 8 is tripped. The trip moves the circuit breaker operating lever 8d to the trip position, but this movement is caused by the drive shaft 21,
Swing levers 23B, 23C, driven lever 23A,
The signal is transmitted via the drive lever 17, and the external operating handle 15 and the pointer 16 are moved to the trip position, that is, an intermediate position between on and off. In this case, as described above, the biasing force of the spring 29 assists in this follow-up movement. FIG. 8 shows the situation when resetting a tripped device. In this case, by operating the external operating handle 15 beyond the OFF position, the internal circuit breaker operating lever 8d is similarly driven beyond the OFF position to the reset position, and the circuit breaker internal mechanism is reset. After resetting, the circuit breaker operating lever 8 is moved by the holding force of the circuit breaker internal mechanism.
d and the external operating handle 15 are held in the cut position, resulting in the state shown in FIG. FIG. 9 shows the operating state of the circuit breaker operation lever 8d of the low-voltage circuit breaker main body 8.
Each reset position is shown, and each of these positions corresponds to each of the on/off/trip/reset positions of the external operation handle 15 shown in FIG. 4. In addition, in the above, the external operation handle 15 and the pointer 16 are attached to the same handle shaft 14 so that they move together, but a separate pointer shaft is provided, and the pointer lever is connected to the driven lever attached to the drive shaft. The operation may be displayed in conjunction with the pointer. In that case, the structure of the above mechanism is as follows: external operation handle 15, handle shaft 14, drive lever 17, swing arm 23B,
It has the same configuration and operation as 23C. The joint operation method and the separate installation method for the external operating handle 15 and the pointer 16 are essentially the same, with the only difference being that the latter has more parts and a more complicated structure.

As described above, according to the present invention, stoppers are provided on both sides of the drive lever to stop the drive lever at the end position of the tilting stroke of the circuit breaker operating lever, so the external operating handle cannot be moved at a large angle and with a strong force. Even when operated, the internal low-voltage circuit breaker body is not subjected to excessive force and will not be damaged, and it can be operated reliably. Further, one of the driving lever and the driven lever is provided with an operating protrusion, and the other is provided with an engagement groove that engages with the operating protrusion, and one of the swinging lever and the circuit breaker operating lever is provided with an engaging groove that engages with the operating protrusion. A mating protrusion is provided on the other side, and an engaging groove that engages with the engaging protrusion is provided on the other side, and the operating protrusion and the engaging protrusion are tightly engaged with each of the engaging grooves without hindering movement. Therefore, when the low voltage circuit breaker body trips, the state is reliably transmitted to the external operation handle, and the on/off/trip status of the circuit breaker can be clearly determined from the outside depending on the position of the external operation handle and pointer. can be judged.
