アモルファスカット鉄心変圧器は鉄心枠1に所定寸法に

すことにより製作される。このとき,重ね合せ箇所を交
互に移動することにより、二箇所の重ね合せ箇所が形或
される。重ね合せ箇所の移動を複数回すれば、複数箇所
の重ね合せ箇所をもつアモルファスカット鉄心変圧器と
することができ、接合部のふくらみを小さくすることが
できる。一方、重ね合せ箇所を二箇所以上、複数箇所と
すればアモルファス薄帯2には長辺3と短辺4が生じる
。第2図に示したように、本発明のアモルファス薄帯2
は、長辺3を鉄心枠1に対して最内側となるように積層
することにより接合部10は規則正しく形威され、隙間
20.21も規則正しく形威される。このため、接合部
10における不必要な応力の発生を大幅に抑制すること
ができるため、磁気特性の悪化を防ぐことができる。と
ころで、第2図に示したような二箇所重ね合せの場合、
短辺4を鉄心枠1の最内側になるように積層した場合、
最内側の部分にできる隙間21の一つだけ不規則になる
が、以降は規則正しく接合部10が形成され、双方には
大差が生じないものの、先に述べたように、長辺3を最
内側に積層した方が良好な特性を示す。第3図に五箇所
重ね合せ接合構造で長辺3と短辺4の積層によって生じ
る接合部1oの違いを示す。(a)は短辺4が最内側に
なるように積層したものであり、 (b)は長辺3が最
内側になるように積層したものであり、接合部1oの形
状に大きな差が生じることがわかり,必然的に、(b)
に示した積層方法が良好であることがわかる。すなわち
、長辺3となる辺を鉄心枠1の最内側となるように積層
