サ素子列を収容するための円形断面形状の容器を
それぞれ独立して形成し、この容器にガスを封入
すると共に内部のコンデンサ素子列に接続した端
子を導出し、上記各容器を連結する一方、各コン
デンサ素子列を電気的に導通する接続回路を設け
