After performing pre-treatments such as degreasing, cleaning, and pickling, electricity is passed through multiple rows of electrodes in a plating bath containing sulfate, etc., and zinc ions in the bath are precipitated and attached to the surface of the copper strip. The plated layer is shaped and then subjected to post-processing such as washing with water to create a product, but in this case, the thickness of the plated layer changes if the current value changes depending on the sulfate bath or the surface conditions of the copper strip. Since the surface accuracy deteriorates, a conductor roll is disposed between the electrode rows, and the current value is controlled to be constant while the conductor roll is brought into rotational contact with the copper strip.

板の表面精度が低下するという問題があった。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, as the plating bath ages or dirt adheres to the copper strip and is brought into the plating bath, and impurities and dirt in the plating bath adhere to the conductor roll, the width of the copper strip decreases. There was a problem that variations occurred in the current value in the direction, and the conductor roll damaged the plating layer on the surface of the copper strip, resulting in a decrease in the surface accuracy of the electrogalvanized steel sheet.

Due to the extremely difficult conditions in the industry, the use of nylon or steel brush rolls as described above is not possible. In view of these problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning brush roll for a conductor roll for electroplating a steel sheet, which can prevent a decrease in the surface precision of plated steel due to 7η staining on the surface of the conductor roll.

要旨とするものである。As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present invention discovered that fully aromatic polyamide fibers, which have recently been developed and put into practical use, have excellent mechanical properties in high-temperature corrosive atmospheres as mentioned above. The present invention has been fully exploited by focusing on the following. (Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a cleaning brush roll for a conductor roll for electric steel sheet electric agate, which is used in a steel sheet electroplating line equipped with a conductor roll for controlling a steel plate plating layer. A brush roll for cleaning the surface, which includes fully aromatic polyamide fiber-based bristles or fully aromatic polyamide ξ mm-based bristles containing an abrasive, extending radially in the radial direction of the shaft core on the outer peripheral surface of the roll shaft core. 。Here, as the wholly aromatic boryamide fiber bristles, for example, those sold by Teijin Ltd. under the trade name Conex can be used, and if necessary, other types of fibers, such as carbon fibers, may be blended and woven. It is also possible to improve heat resistance and wear resistance. In addition, the diameter of the wholly aromatic polyamide fiber bristles may be determined through experiments in relation to the material of the conductor roll to be cleaned, taking into consideration breakage resistance, etc. For example, conductor roll! When the material of the hole is Hastelloy, it is desirable that the material be 400 denier or more.

(Function) In the present invention, fully aromatic polyamide fiber-based bristles or fully aromatic polyamide fiber-based bristles containing an abrasive are implanted on the surface of the roll axis, and the surface of the conductor roll is cleaned with these bristles. As a result, the plating bath is not contaminated compared to when using a conventional whetstone, and the bristles of the brush roll are not corroded even in a high-temperature corrosive atmosphere such as an electrogalvanizing bath atmosphere. It does not melt and keeps the surface of the conductor roll in the steel plate electric mesoki line clean.
