【発明が解決しようとする課題1 前記従来例における片持式の案内板を用いた場合に、駆

して無端切り刃が損傷すると云う問題点を有している。 従って、その振動及びブレを防止するため、並びに無端
切り刃の離脱又は損傷を防止するためには、必然的に案
内板の厚みを厚くし、案内板自体の剛性を高めるように
している。 しかしながら、案内板が厚くなることにより、切削又は
切断代の巾が広くなることは明らかであり、このような
切断装置を高価な天然石材の切断特にスライス用に使用
すると、切削代が広すぎて高価な天然石材が無駄になる
と云う経済的に大きな課題を有している。 【vl題を解決するための手段】 前記従来例の課題を解決する具体的手段として本発明は
、複数の切り刃を連設した無端切り刃が巻回される案内
板を具備する切断加工装置であって、前記案内板は両端
部付近で支持されていることを特徴とする切断加工装置
を提供するものであり、更に前記案内板を2以上平行に
配設し、該案内板に無端切り刃が夫々巻回されるように
するか又は、該案内板に無端切り刃が3!I!続的に巻
回されるようにし、そして前記無端切り刃がワイヤーソ
又はチエンソーのいずれかである構或にし、前記案内板
を両端で支持し、緊張させることにより著しく薄手のも
のが使用でき、それによって切削代を薄くできると共に
、複数枚の案内板を配設することにより同時に多数の切
削ができると云う作業性の向上も図れるのである。 【実施例1 次に本発明を図示の実施例により更に詳しく説明すると
、第1図に示した第1実施例において、1は略コ字状を
呈するフレームであり、該フレームの基部側の保持部2
と先端側の保持部3とに橋渡し状態で薄手の案内板4を
配設し、該案内板の両端部付近を前記保持部2、3にお
いて、例えばボルト等の固定手段5、6により緊張状態
で固定する。そして、前記案内板4の外周而にはワイヤ
−ソ又はチエンソーからなる複数の切り刃、例えば砥石
チップを連設した無端切り刃7が巻回され、適宜の駆動
源により前記案内板40周縁に沿って回動するようにな
っている。当然のことながら、案内板4が薄手のもので
構成されているので、該案内板の周縁に沿って配設され
る無端切り刃7もIII身のものが使用される。尚、駆
動源は、いわゆるエンジンヂエンソーと同様の手段で装
着されるものでよく、又無端切り刃7の回転方向も、エ
ンジンチエンソーと同一でよい。 第2図に示した第2実施例においては、前記実施例と同
様の薄手の案内板4を所定の間隔をもって複数枚配設し
たものであり、その間隔は被加工物を所定厚さにスライ
スするための間隔であり、適宜変更できるものである。 つまり、前記第1実施例のフレーム1よりも厚みのある
広いフレーム1aを使用し、基部側の保持部2aと先端
側の保持部3aとの間に、並列させて複数枚の案内板4
を配設し、各案内板の間にスペーサ8を夫々介在させて
所定の間隔を雑持するようにしてある。そして、これ等
スベーサ8の厚みを適宜選択することにより、必要とす
る間隔が設定できるのである。 又、前記各案内板の両端部を前記フレーム1aの保持部
2a、3aにおいて、例えばボルト等の内定手段5、6
により緊張状態で固定する点、及び各案内板の外周面に
夫々無端切り刃7を配設する点においては前記実施例と
同一である。 第3図に示した第3実施例においては、前記第2実施例
の構成において、無端切り刃の構成及び懸架状態が相違
するだけで他の構或は同一であるので、同一部分には同
一符号を付してその訂細は省略する。 即ち、長尺の無端切り刃7aを使用し、隣接状態にある
案内板4に対し、一連に連続して巻同させーるものであ
り、そのために位相用ガイドローラ9を各案内板の端部
近傍に設け、更に両側に{17iaする案内板の端部近
傍にはリターン用ガイド【1ーラ10を設けてある。つ
まり、隣接状態に配設された案内板に対し、長尺の無端
切り刃7aを上部において螺旋状になるよう位相用ガイ
ドロ一ラ9lメ設けられ、そして一方の端部に位置する
案内板から他方の端部に位置する案内板に対してリター
ンさせるようにリターン用ガイドローラ10を設けて一
連に巻回させ、1個の駆vJaにより無端切り刃7aを
駆動できるようにしたのである。いずれにしても、薄手
の案内板を使用し、且つ細身の無端切り刃を使用する点
で共通するのである。尚、フレーム1を伸縮自在に構成
し、案内板4を適宜緊張状態に調整できるように構成し
てもよい。 [発明の効果1 以上説明したように本発明に係る切断加工装置は、複数
の切り刃をyE設した無端切り刃が巻回される案内板を
具備する切断加工装買であって、前記案内板は両端部付
近で支持される構成にしたことにより、薄手の案内板を
緊張させた状態で使用することができ、それによって細
身の無端切り刀を巻回させることができるので、切削代
が著しく狭くなり、高価な天然石材を切断加工しても材
料無駄が大巾に少なくなり、経済的に優れると云う効果
を奏する。 更に前記案内板を2以上平行に配設し、該案内板に無端
切り刃が夫々巻回されるようにするか又は、該案内板に
無端切り刃が連続的に巻回されるようにし、それによっ
て一回の切削切断工程で同時に多数の切削ができると云
う作業性に優れると云う効果も奏する。
