本発明は、空心コイルを配線基板面に取付けるための空

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
このように樹脂15により空心コイル11を配線基板1
3に固定したのは、コイルの振動をおさえることによっ
て、いわゆる耐振性を向上させるためである。ところが
、上述した従来の方法では、樹脂の塗布や樹脂の硬化と
いう工程が必要となり、製造工数が多くなるという不都
合があった。また、樹脂15のために製造コストが大巾

空心コイルの取付け方法を提供することを目的としてい

本発明の空心コイルの取付け方法は、上記目的を達或す
るために、巻線両端部の絶縁被覆が剥離除去されてなる
取付け部が配線パターンに半田付けされるものにおいて
、その取付け部を除く空心コイルの所定の巻線の配線基
板面側の絶縁被覆を剥離除去し、その剥離除去部に対応
する位置の配線基板面に電極ランドを形成し、その剥離
除去部をその1lt極ランドに半田付けすることを特徴

上記のように取付け部を除く空心コイルの所定の巻線が
配線基板の電極ランドに半田付けされて固定されている
ため耐振性が向上する。また、従来のような樹脂を設け
る必要もないため、樹脂の塗布、樹脂の硬化といった余
分の工程が省略でき、製造コストの大巾な削減ができる

以下に、本発明分舅施例の空心コイルの取付け方法を図

まず、第1図に示すような空心コイル1を準備する。こ
の空心コイル1は、円線上に沿ってコイル導線がスペー
ス巻きに巻回されているものであり、その両端部には絶
縁被覆が剥離除去されてなる取付け部2aが形成されて
おり、さらにその取付け部2aを除く各巻線の配線基板
面側の絶縁被覆が剥離除去されてなる剥離除去部2bが
形成されている。この図において、(イ)は正面図、(
ロ)は右側面図、(ハ)は底面図である。なお、この取
付け部2aおよび剥離除去部2bの形成については、た
とえば、コイル導線を巻回する前にあらかじめカッター
等の剥離除去部材によって、所定の間隔でコイル導線の
絶縁被覆を剥離除去しておけばよい。また、絶縁被覆が
熱溶融性の場合には、コイル導線を巻回した後に加熱部
材にてその絶縁被覆を溶融することにより剥離除去する
こともできる。また、第2図に示すような配線基板3も
準備する。この図は配線基板3の要部平面図であり、空
心コイル1の取付け部2aおよび剥離除去部2bに対応
する位置にそれぞれ配線パターン4aおよび電極ランド

ターン4a、および剥離除去部2bと電極ランド4bと

することにより取付けるための空心コイルの取付け方法
であって、 前記取付け部を除く空心コイルの所定の巻線の配線基板
面側の絶縁被覆を剥離除去し、その剥離除去部に対応す
る位置の配線基板面上に電極ランドを形成し、その剥離
除去部をその電極ランドに半田付けすることを特徴とす
