を直列に連続した短絡パターンを形成したプリント基板
を用い、リード端子間を直列に接続後半田付けし、複数
個の巻回数となるコイルを形成するようにしたことを特

ある。トロイダル巻線数が複数回になるように整然と並
べ、樹脂モールドで固定した巻線用リード端子固定用ベ
ース2を形成する。前記固定用ベース2にトロイダルコ
ア1を挿入し、巻線用リード端子の上部が切断されてい
る部分をトロイダル巻線1回となるような短絡パターン
を形成したプリント基板7を巻線用リード端子3に装着
し、リード端子とプリント基板の端末を半田付けの処理
をすることにより、複数回のトロイダル巻線を行ったと

ルコアの挿入が出来るように切断した巻線用リード端子
を、樹脂に複数本整列して並べ埋設し、基板に装着した
巻線用リード端子固定用ベースにトロイダルコアを装着
し、1回巻線の一部を切断したリード端子を直列に、連
続した短絡パターンを形成したプリント基板を用い、リ
ード端子間を直列に接続後半田付けし、複数個の巻回数
となるコイルを形成するようにしたことを特徴とするト
