Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サイレンサに導入されて消音機構を通過した排
    気を大気へ排気する第一の出口管と消音機構を通
    過することなく排気を大気へ排出させる第二の出
    口管とを有し、エンジンや自動車の運転状態に応
    じて開閉動作する排気制御弁が前記第二の出口管
    に配置されているエンジンの排気制御装置におい
    て； 前記排気制御弁は前記第二の出口管を横切つて
    回転可能に設置された弁軸とこの弁軸にねじ止め
    された弁板とからなり、前記弁板は直径方向へ延
    びる山形部分を有しこの山形部分は頂部と両側の
    裾部の少なくとも一方とが前記弁軸に外接してか
    ぶせられ、且つ前記頂部を貫通して前記弁軸にね
    じ込んだ止ねじにより前記弁板が前記弁軸に固定
    されている； ことを特徴とする排気制御装置。
