上記目的を達成する為に、通信網内に端末対応にサービ

設置し、通信網内の任意の端末から交換機経由でアクセ
ス可能とし、サービス条件例えば転送先変更要求を発生
した操作者が不正利用でない事を判定する識別機構を設

り、まず端末11から交換機5に対しデータベース1へ
のアクセス番号を入力し続いて端末2の端末番号、操作
者識別番号および転送先端末番号(端末11の選択番号
)を入力する。−交換機5は共通信号線8を介してデー
タベースlに端末2の転送先変更要求を行い端末11か
ら受信した上記変更情報を送信する。データベースlは
、第1図(b)の転送先テーブルを設けており、第2図
の不正使用識別機構の流れ図に従い上記テーブルを端末
2の端末番号で索引すると転送先端末番号と操作者識別
番号を得る事ができ、交換機5から受信した操作者識別
番号と一致したら転送先端末番号を端末11の端末番号
に書き替えて転送先変更を終了する。この後例えば端末
12が端末2の所有者との通信を要求して1換aI!3
1こ端末2の端末番号を人力すると、このA偏組の通信
手段により又換機4は端末2の端末番号を得て端末2へ
の着信手段として第1図(e)の着信端末テーブルを索
引し転送実施表示を判定する。端末2は転送先登録時に
データベースlから共通信号線7を介して上記転送実施
表示が書き込まれているから、交換機4は端末2は転送
を実施すると判断し、共通信号線7を介してデータベー
スlに端末2の転送先を問い合わせ、端末2の端末番号
を送信する。データベースlは受信した端末番号で第1
図(b)の転送先テーブルを索引しこの場合は操作者識
別番号照合は行わず得た転送先端末番号を交換機4に送
り返す。交換機4は転送先端末番号を受信するとこの通
信網の通信手段により転送先端末11を収容する交換機
5は端末11の端末番号を得て1末11への着信が行わ

って端末lへの着信呼は端末8へ転送させる為に端末1
の転送先を端末8に変更する例であり、まず端末8から
交換機5に対し端末1を収容する交換機2へ着信するア
クセス番号を入力し続いて信号器3の選択番号を入力す
る。交換機5はこの通信網の通信手段を使って交換機2
との接続を行い、交換機2に信号器3の選択番号を送信
する。交換機2は、受信した信号器3の選択番号から信
号器3を接続し交換機2、交換機5および端末8との間
が接続が完了する。続いて端末8から端末工の端末番号
、操作者識別番号および転送先端末番号(端末8の端末
番号)を入力すると、信号器3がこれを受信し変換機2
に設置した第3図(b)の着信端末テーブルを第2図の
不正使用識別機構の流れ図に従い端末工の端末番号で索
引して得た操作者識別番号と受信した操作者識別番号の
照合を行い一致したら、転送先端末番号を端末8の端末
番号に書き替えて転送実施表示を設定して転送先変更を
終了する。この後例えば端末9が癩末工の所有者との通
信を要求して変換機4に端末1の端末番号を入力すると
、この通信網の通信手段により交換機2は端末1の端末
番号を得て端末1への着信手段として第3図(b)の着
信端末テーブルを索引し転送実施表示を判定して転送す
る事を判断し、この場合は操作者識別番号照合は行わず
に転送先端末番号を得て交換機5に送信し、交換機5で
